How can this be part of the Pennsylvania AAA when it is actually closer to CANADA? Office may be ok, but try to use their services outside the office... you instantly get routed through PA. and have to wait and wait and WAIT for someone to help you... NEVER GOING TO USE THIS "SERVICE" AGAIN!

My husband and I were looking for an affordable adventure vacation for our first anniversary. We had our dream destination spot and Ashlee was so helpful in suggesting resorts and adventure tours to go on! She provided great ideas on where to look for tour vouchers and guided us to everything we were looking for! On top of her amazing work performance, she has a super bubbly personality and is always searching for her clients best interest! Ashlee most definitely made our experience exceptional while booking with SunWing, highly recommended!!

Great lightshow with music you can pick yourself and its for charity which is even beter

If I could give this company more stars, I would, they really went above and beyond! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect! Being from the United Kingdom, I had a little bit of trouble booking via the website, but with the help of a friend in Canada and the absolutely incredible customer service provided by Linda everything went smoothly and I was able to surprise my girlfriend on our anniversary with the perfect experience! I cannot thank Linda enough for all the help and effort she put into making sure everything went as smoothly as possible, you truly made the day perfect for us. We got to Drumbo Shell station and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and our pilot, Jimmy who gave us a short and slightly humourous debrief on what we could expect before, during and after our flight. Up in the air, we couldn't have asked for better conditions, and the ride itself was so peaceful, surprisingly so (aside from the occasional blast good old Jimmy would give to take us airborne and direct the balloon) as we witnessed one of the couples get engaged! Thankfully this didn't give my girlfriend any ideas, and we continued to enjoy the flight until landing. The big balloon carries 12 people, the basket being separated into 4 compartments which seemed a little strange as it was 3 people per compartment meaning that on a full flight 2 couples would be split up by a small barrier (although it's still very much possible to cuddle, you just have to make sure you're one of the first to get in the basket and it'll be fine). Overall it was an incredible experience that I would recommend to anyone, especially with Skyward! 10/10 would do again and again and again.

I would love to leave an awesome review for Ashley Stamp, selling supervisor, for leading us through every step of our trip at the end of January 2021 when rules, due to covid, were changing rapidly! We got our money back, in terms of credit, for every day we haven't used and we are happy and grateful for that!! Thanks Ashley!! And I'll definitely will book with you again!!! It doesn't exist at that location from what I can tell. Pretty sure it moved to Elora and I'm couldn't get a clear picture if it's functioning there either. I think the branding and intrigue is spot on and the niche could be well served. 5 stars for being creative and bringing something new to the table. .. hopefully it arrives

I really enjoyed the experience I had with Min and Debra. Debra was very friendly in helping me pick out frames, contacts and explain the pricing. The store was very clean and presentable. I was happy with my service and would reccomend others to go and ask for Debra or Min for help!
