Trustee in Bankruptcy

We had a very complicated and antagonistic neighbour/leasehold dispute which required legal expertise to define the issues, and then conduct a negotiation process in an attempt to resolve it. The dispute went on for more than a year and without Benchmark, and in particular Mr Paul Rogers, we would have been at the mercy of the other parties. He was a a model of calm, sensible, logical advice. We found the same in his associates. Mr Rogers and Benchmark were always willing to go the extra mile without costing us exorbitant fees. In fact, their bill was more than reasonable considering the work and length of time involved. Even though our dispute was not resolved, we feel the defence of our interests was critical and prevented an implicit threat to our home.
