They insisted on talking my cat to another room to start an IV. Which I stood my ground and said no eventually they started it in front of me. Animals shouldn't be removed from there owners side in stressful times.

Dr. Tallon and Dr Durfy are both so great with our cats. They are caring and take the time to build a rapport. If I put the carrier out, the cats jump right in. They know they get to go visit their buddies at Highview.

UPDATE: had to return to Veterinary, this time was a woman, worked excellent, price was reasonable. After that I took my cat to get her spayed and it was stupidly cheap. Only $100. Thanks Hotnams for making you prices more affordable.
Original message. Not bad. The Veterinary is Pretty knowledgeable. But went in there because my dog had not poop in 5 days and left with a $300 bill. Stupidly Expensive. Things here in Aroostook should be cheaper not more expensive.

I was visiting my Mom and my dog needed blood work done
They had me call my vet in N.H. and have them fax them my dogs medical records. Then I called them back and they told me they couldn't do it for a month. They should of told me that to begin with it was a 5 minute test to get the results.
