Super friendly staff and prices are fair

We bring one of our long hair cats here for his cuts and have always had good experiences. He struts around after his mohawk is cut on, and while he hates the car, he doesn't seem stressed at all when I pick him up.

What bunch of nosie people! Always complaining about everything and does not know how to be a good neighbor! very un sanitory place as well DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

Pat did an amazing job with our 7 month old purebred Shih Tzu. He smells amazing, is very white, and has the sweetest cut for his face shape and eyes! We will be bringing him back there for sure!

Really feel like they care and it's not just about the money

BEST CARE! I have a little yorkie who has had a lot of health issues since his adoption. The staff at Taylor Vet love and care for Snoopy as if he were their own. I have piece of mind knowing that Dr. Nain will answer any and all of my questions and always willing to go above and beyond to help us. They are very compassionate allowing me to be with Snoopy until he is sedated, they call immediately after surgery and report his progress. I now drive from Calgary to Red Deer to bring Snoopy for his appointments and know that if I need to call they are always there to assist me in caring for Snoopy.

Dr. Valentine has been extremely helpful and accommodating of our cats medical condition. We communicate via email and it is so helpful to be able to discuss her progress without having to always bring my cat in.

Very happy with the level of care my cat received at this veterinary clinic. The staff demonstrated genuine interest in his well- being, and the treatment he received lead to a quick resolution to a persistent medical issue he'd been living with for months.

Best emergency animal clinic. Not inexpensive but very much worth it!

I can't say enough good things about this clinic!! They have been very understanding and helpful with me while trying to determine what is going on with my kitty. Jodi took time out yesterday to speak with me on the phone and then call me back as well. I wouldn't even consider taking my fur babies anywhere else. Been going here for almost 10 years. Has always been great. Dr Parmar has saved our cat on one occasion, and was able to figure out her allergy problems as well. He has always been more than fair with his fees. I suspect some of the negative reviews could perhaps be chalked up to language barrier.

My rabbit wasn't feeling well and her condition wasn't improving after a few days, so I wanted to get her checked out to see what was going on. My regular vet's rabbit specialist wasn't available, so they recommended I call Glenora Family Pet Clinic. I'm sure glad I did! They went above and beyond in terms of their customer service and attention to detail. They provided symptomatic relief for the time being, and recommended getting her scheduled in a few days later for a dental procedure which was a possible cause for why eating was no longer comfortable for her. They thoroughly explained the procedure, gave me a quote, and all went well. They even showed me before and after photos of the inside of her mouth, which I wasn't expecting but really appreciated. That confirmed that I had made the right decision to go ahead with the dental work. They followed up with me several times to see how she's been doing, from the day after I brought her in for the first time to the day after her procedure. I'll definitely be taking her here from now on for her annual checkups, and I highly recommend this place to anyone with pets. Thank you!
