DR. Patt, thank you for coming on such short notice as I knew the time to send our Peanut to Heaven was quickly approaching. I didn't want to cry in front of you because you are so stoic...but I did and you were very compassionate. Thank you. You explained every step to me...and let me have some time with her. I don't know if you realized but..you were rocking her like a baby as I did, before I passed her to you, while she was lifeless in your arms. That is caring to the 1000 degree.

I live in FortMcMurray and come here when I can to visit family. Every time I come I bring my yorkie in to see Dr Jason. I trust him completely. He has my dogs best interests at heart, takes his time examining and we aren’t just a number. My dog is very particular with strangers, especially men, and she likes him as much as could be expected when someone is sticking a thermometer up your....... I highly recommend this establishment for all your pet needs.

I am infuriated over an excessive dental billing from Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital owned by the Dr. Oz’s. I have used Dr. Oz services for over 5 years but that ends now. I took my little Chihuahua in for a 3 year Rabies shot billed at $65 which was fair and reasonable. Dr. Oz then informed me that my dog required dental care due to a loose tooth that he found during the Rabies exam. He said the first step was to do an in house Blood Test to make sure that it would be safe for her to undergo Anesthetic, which resulted in a cost of $445. Shortly after taking her home he called for me to bring her back for additional blood collection due to an irregularity in the testing results. I brought my dog back in (with no mention of any additional charges) and was billed an additional $365 for an IDEXX K9 profile (which I found has a Vet cost of around $100 that was jacked up to $270). I was now out of pocket $810 and still had no idea of the amount of dental work required. Dr. Oz kept telling

I had a very sick kitten given to me, and not a ton of money, they helped me out without any kind of judgement (which seems to run rampant with veterinarians in Kelowna!!) I will always use these guys! All the staff was just very kind and you could totally tell that they were about the ANIMALS, not cash flow, or being martyrs, etc. I'm very happy they are here!

Staff are incredibly helpful. My cat is very calm there and with the Vet. That alone has me loving the place. They follow-up to make sure my girl is doing well. They are the best!
