Waterproofing

We had a crack in our basement wall, that was leaking water really bad when it rained. I called Smith's and they sent out a technician the next day for a polyurethane injection. I forgot the guys name, but he was very thorough and did a good job cleaning up his mess. Cost was $400 with a lifetime warranty. That was money well invested. Don't waste your time trying hydraulic cement. It will only crack and leak again.

I would highly recommend ACCL.It has been a pleasure dealing with ACCL. Henry was very professional and helpful. On the first visit, he explained me all the options, I had for replacing the failing old sump pump. He also fixed the piping on the pump, so there was no possibility of getting water in the house. Installation went smoothly. The crew made sure they left the basement clean. Overall a very good experience !

Very happy with this basement waterproofing company.

We had an emergency - leak in our kitchen sink tap line. Aqueduct had Peter come within two hours. He gave us different options and installed new tap.

These guys are fantastic! After moving in to our new home we recently had a day and a half of steady rain, an existing hidden crack in the basement wall started letting water in and soaking the carpet, and after pulling the drywall and rigid foam away a 6 foot crack was revealed. I called flood guard, and Gene came out within an hour, evaluated the situation and scheduled the work date. Everything was done on time! Thank youj!

Excellent work! Really appreciate the attention-to-detail.

Good basement waterproofing contractors. High quality work and materials, professional and polite employees. I satisfied with the price and service approach i have got from this company. The reason of the four star rating is that it took them one day longer to complete the job then it was promised. But anyways I definitely will recommend strong basements to anyone with basement waterproofing problems.

We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Rooter. We have a signed contract stating they would install a sump pump, a back water valve and look after city plumbing permits. Only after we paid in full did we realize that they didn’t fulfill the work detailed in the contract. They even provided us with a detailed receipt and city rebate form for the sump pump they didn’t install! We wanted to withhold payment according to the consumer protection act but the owner threatened to dump waste on our property. They have been extremely unprofessional. We also used them to underpin our basement and they failed part of the city inspections and left our permit open. They took months to complete a small underpinning job and we never knew when workers would be showing up. They will not respond to our calls despite our many attempts to contact them. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great place, people were friendly

GTA provided excellent service from beginning to end.We found the price for the job fair compare to others companies. They were honest and more than happy to explain to us the work being done. They solved the problem leaving the backyard in perfect condition.I would highly recommend them.
