We were in a crunch to get some vents installed in the basement of a home we are getting ready to purchase. Nate came out last week and gave us quote and was able to fit us in right after the holiday to get them installed so we could close on the home asap. He did a great job and was very personable and professional. Thank you so much, Nate!!

Joe and his crew from WaterBGone did an amazing job! They worked around my schedule, did a quality job and answered all my questions. they didn't put expansion joint around gate post and concrete cracked in several spots they told me it was guaranteed for one year... it cracked within months they said they would repair as soon as weather got warmer... and put me off on and then refused to repair joe is a joke he does not stand behind his work or his word the stamp was sloppy the slope was terrible rain water flows into my garage paid them in full never asked for a deal I paid what they quoted under the impression he was a man of his word I wish I never hired them! I understand why they changed the name of company!! I got ripped hope you don't :)

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Please beware - costs will skyrocket routinely and overall it just felt like a shady process. There are plenty of honorable local plumbing companies like APPC or Haberek Plumbing that you will definitely be better off with.

Frank recently came out to waterproof my century home in Lakewood and to install an egress window in the basement. From start to finish, the process was easy. He came out for the estimate and looked over everything thoroughly. He gave us estimates for various contingencies so we could budget accordingly. When he and his crew arrived, they took great care to protect my neighbor's driveway and worked very efficiently to dig the first trench. When it came to the drain tile on the driveway side, he saw that we were tied into the incorrect sewer line. We're having our porch replaced and had already completed demoltion, so we were able to save a few bucks as we had him repair the tie-in rather than install a sump pump. All told, the job took two days. Frank was always willing and eager to answer questions and let my wife take pictures during the process. We feel that we were billed fairly and there were no hidden costs or fees, save one. We didn't know until we made our down payment that there would be a 2% credit card fee. However, in looking back at the estimate, he did indicate the fee. So just read the fine print. Post waterproofing, we have definitely noticed that the basement is a lot drier. We were also given several straight days of rain to really test it out and it's holding up very nicely. I would heartily recommend using OnCall. The crew is professional, skilled, and easy to work with. The entire experience has been top notch.

I recently bought a home that had been serviced by Ohio State Waterproofing. I had a need for a service call concerning a sump pump backup system. They were extremely responsive and timely in my visit, resolving my issue. The service person was professional, on time and very helpful in answering my questions. The warranty department transferred my coverage without incident although the work was performed several years ago. I recommend without reservation.

Low mess, fast work in the middle of winter, followed up on their own to clean up further in the spring, we were happy.
