They did my roof 4 to 5 years ago. And it still looks good and they have good quality of materials and have professional workers.

Our experience with Lety was great. We had about 7 different companies come in and give us estimates, but Wes, the owner, was the only one that did a water test to see how much water was coming in and while he was outside he found another crack in the foundation we didn't notice. No one else even mentioned it and only a couple others went outside to look and no one noticed. We decided to go with Lety even though they weren't the cheapest, but they were the most professional. When it came time for the work to be done, Anson was the guy that came in to do the work. He was very professional and polite in mannerism. Instead of ripping out all of my drywall to expose the 3rd crack he just cut about a foot to each side of it so there would be less work for us after to repair the wall. After he was done his work the tidied up and clean up really well. All in all, I'm glad we decided to go with Lety over anyone else, plus the transferable lifetime warranty is an added bonus.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. We used Basement Technologies for some waterproofing issues in our basement as well as Radon testing and would highly recommend them!

Brian came to my house to look at why my basement was leaking, he was very knowledgeable & helpful, explaining how, why & where to look for a leak. After quite awhile looking for where the leak originated and being unable to find it, he advised me how & where to continue looking for it. I remember him saying "sometimes it can be the simplest thing". I followed his advice and was able to diagnose the problem ... which was the acrylic stucco pulling away from under a basement window, causing water to collect in a "pocket" eventually coming in between the window & the concrete. Fortunately it was an easy inexpensive,fix, Thanks Brian for your help & advice.

We had some foundation repairs done that required three holes dug down to the footing by hand and also removal of a cement pad. The pricing was quite competitive and the work was done well. The workers were pleasant, professional and very timely. The cleanup after was immaculate.

Crazy outfit I meet the salesman once & ended up giving them the go ahead to do my crawl space with there produces , We agreed on the price with emails back & forth .Then the owner calls me & says there going to use a different pipe than what was on the quote & less work but no different in price . The crew showed up at my place in a small gravel truck, weird & so I meet them the one guy has done this before & the other is new to this , both of them just help out when there are busy & don’t work for the company,they are hard to understand as they are new to Canada. Anyhow they are borrowing tools & walking in & out of my house in bare feet on my brand new carpet & no drop sheets . Anyhow the owner keep calling them & me giving them trouble because it was taking to long & he wanted them to go to another job. What a gong show they left with dirt & mud all over the place , nice enough guys but way to rushed & under skilled. Maybe the real crew was better??? Paid them & they cashed it that day & never heard back from the owner I hope the job was done probably as I was unable to watch them all day. Look around & make sure you get everything in writing.

Would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a foundation issue. The end price was exactly what they quoted and the cleanup was very well done
