Shirleen and her husband Troy were very professional and knew exactly how to set up the shots with lighting, background and positioning of the family. They put us all at ease and were fabulous at involving an active 20 month old baby. The resulting photographs exceeded our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The rooms were clean but no a/c in rooms. Older accommodation had great facilities and delicious buffet breakfast.

Visited for a wedding. Staff were professional and the setting was outstanding.

Unbelievable experience! They made everything so easy and were very professional! Very beautiful venue. highly recommend for any couple looking for a venue in Canmore! Plated dinner was amazing.

We loved it here. It's less than $4 to enter. You get to view the "basin" inside the cave as well as the pool that thermal water was pumped to. There is also a boardwalk area that leads up to the ground above the cave with lots of history to read along the way. If you're thinking that this is a hike to an isolated cave, you may be disappointed. Think of it as an indoor/outdoor museum with a little something for everyone. They have a Minecraft activity for the kids, lots of overlooks for pictures, a friendly staff, an art exhibit (when we were there in July) and some of the Parks Canada Red Chairs! Definitely take a look!
