Wedding Hall

THIS IS THE WORST HALL EVER!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HALL FOR ANY EVENT!! The owner of this hall, Jack, is the most unorganized and most unprofessional human being I have ever worked with. We did our wedding at this hall and we completely regret it. They served our guests the wrong entree and meals. We tried to get a refund for the incorrect food options, and they denied us. Our guests were incredibly disappointed with our wedding and unfortunately so were we!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING/EVENT GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!

We had our reception here 10 years ago and attended a banquet few years ago. We passed by and stopped for meun and operation hours. This place is still very pretty. I noticed some new decor in the reception area. I love how they are keeping a fresh look to their front with flowers. They now office dim sum 7 days a week from 9-3. We will surely come for dim sum soon.

Great dim sum and service. They have a special where medium and large dim sum is the price of a small before a certain time (not available on some days). They have some dim sum that I have not seen elsewhere. Some of their dim sum has interesting presentation. We also ordered the lobster yi mein, but the noodles did not have any of the taste of the lobster.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff. The owner is super talented. I fully trusted her with my wedding and she did an amazing job. Better then any other vendors I had at my wedding. Unfortunately I cant reply to MILICA who left a negative review all over social media but I do want to say how stupid this girl sounds. LOL I mean after receiving a reply she is still complaining. She must be such a princess who wants to be chased after. I've never wrote a review before but I came across this review of this girls which made me laugh. She blocked them because she didn't have the courage to tell them on their face that she wanted to be chased. I hope the vendor who she found to replace rb planners doesn't show up at her wedding. I hate when others try to sabotage businesses like this. Karma will bite you in the ass MILICA! I run a small business too and I know how hard it is and its people like you who just sit in front of a computer and write negative comments without any reason. HOpe your wedding is a disaster after what you did. I'm sure you have done this to so many other hard working vendors. RB Planners is lucky to not have a client like you! We had our wedding reception here in July and everything was exceptional! Jeet (the owner), not only provided everything we asked for; but also added more things to make our night beautiful. The food was delish! & everything was on time. Highly rated! - M&N

You guys put the flyer on my windshield with glue. It took me 10 mins to remove it. It is negative 10 outside this morning. Stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place was not clean. By the taste of my food I can say for sure that it was not prepared by Taj chef Mr. Chauhan or by his apptentice or by the apprentice's apprentice. Not sure, why there is a need to lie & mislead people about Taj certificate. Coming to food, it took 45 mins for 1 dish & Naan to arrive. Saunf was spread over Naan; never had Naan with saunf earlier & for me, the experiment failed. Saunf is supposed to come after dinner. The great thing about the whole experience was- free parking.

We had booked the King hall for Sweet 16 birthday party. Ambience is good and the high ceiling gives a grand look for any occasion. Met management, including Hemal couple of times to go over the event for timely arranging of food items, so that event goes smoothly on timely fashion, since that day all 3 halls were booked, we were insisting that the management should take care about food being served on time. Well...the appetizers were served 45mins late and all of our planning went for a toss, which had domino effect on rest of the party. At dinner, there were no staff monitoring / replenishing food on time, some of the guests did not get food. There were inapporpriate comments made by management ......not something that you want to hear, while full payment was taken before the party. The audio system is also very poor. If the management is looking to improve their business, they better serve on time and do something with the audio system. I give the rating as 3* only because of ambience.

Attached to Monte Carlo In. Lots of parking. Well laid out for hosting an event. High ceilings. Lots of clean washrooms.

I attended an event at this place over the weekend and from the time we walked in it felt like a sauna it was so hot that some seniors attending the event left early as it was un bearable. The adjacent hall also had no AC and when we asked the manager he lied and said it was on. Later at 10PM the lights at the location went off which could be due to shoddy electrical work there and to make matters worse the emergency lights also did not work which became dangerous for the seniors that were still there. When we asked the manager what was being done he said the owner was on his way (not sure for what). I heard that a few folks waited for an hour but no sign of the owner. The owner I am told is refusing to even compensate the event organizers. Stay away from this place and even if I was invited to an event here I would send my regrets. UPDATE: I hear that the owner is saying it is not his problem that the lights went out in his building and that people should have waited as an hour and a

The staff is very helpful and experienced with not only assisting with choosing various menus, but even with the decor and table seating.
