Wedding Hall

Mark and I are so thankful we were able to work with Hayley and her team at Bluebird. From day one Hayley did everything she could to understand the vibe we were going for and ensured our every need was met throughout the planning process and the entire weekend. We had a festival wedding with all of our family and friends camping, and Hayley ensured that everyone was taken care of and everything looked perfect all weekend - including magically appearing with 50 umbrellas the day before our rainy outdoor ceremony! Always in great spirits and quick to respond to anything we needed leading up to the best weekend ever. Thank you Hayley and the Bluebird team!

Nice and Classico!

It was a good experience overall. When we arrived that evening, the front staff was able to confirm our parking spot was free and included with our hotel stay. However, when we were checking out, I brought up that I really liked how parking was free and included - and she used this against me by checking my license plate and then telling us that she will have to charge for the parking stall now. I was tried to clarify the situation with her and explained how we actually confirmed with the concierge just the night before that there was NO parking fee, and all she could say was "sorry, this is our company policy". She didn't even try to clarify with her supervisor whether or not there was miscommunication. She literally just kept repeating herself that it was company policy. Asides from the hidden charges of the parking stall, the room we stayed in was very nice - good views and very clean.

My fiance and I were extremely blessed to have our engagement photo-shoot done by Lifetime Captures Photography. Not only were our pictures truly stunning, but Vivian made the experience a complete delight. The professionalism, talent and kindness was more that we could have dreamed of and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish Butterstudios was amazing to deal with. We would HIGHLY recommend booking your big day with them, you won’t regret it. We are continuously receiving tons of compliments from our engagement shoot and wedding photos. Not too mention it was a real pleasure having the butterstudios team around us on our wedding day, their professionalism and calmness really made us feel we were in good hands. New management is really turning heads. I have been dealing with somebody named "Lynne" and it has been nothing but a disaster. Booked a wedding, and am now finding out I will not be allowed to use the outdoor space because of the "sailors". The old management (2 staff; I've used this venue multiple times for meetings) had things done fast, efficiently and simply. Problems were minimal to none, and now that's all changed. New rules that have been put in place are really making this venue not feel like a banquet hall. I wouldn't recommend this venue at all, and hope everyone stays away. Organizational hierarchy is misleading and very unprofessional. Rarely anybody in office, and emails/phones are never answered. Good luck getting a hold of somebody at the least if you still decide to book this venue.

Way over priced and quality was not good

Music Maestro! has deejayed events for me, for my employer (City of Burnaby) and even for my good friend's wedding and has consistently gone above and beyond every time. Highly recommended!

This is a great place hidden away below the courthouse in Surrey. The have good menu options but they're not open for dinner.

gorgeous venue and the staff is amazing and so helpful with anything you need

We used the All Saints Parish Hall for our wedding reception. It was beautiful and the staff here were so kind and accommodating to work with! The patrons of the church we also met were very kind as well! We highly recommend! (Set up for 10 in wedding party (tight fit on stage) and roughly 100 guests comfortably seated)
