The building is large, beautiful, and affordable. It has a working kitchen. My best friends and I did our grad party here. It was perfect. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be using it again in the future.

She can take a simple I idea I give her and make it come to life while making it even more amazing in the process. Danielle is super awesome to work with and easy to contact. Since my fiance and I were out of towners, we had lots of worries but Danielle puts all our worries and stress to rest. The Affinity Guesthouse is like a piece of heaven on earth. We could not have asked for a more perfect location for our intimate family wedding. If you love the outdoors, this venue is for you! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you can think of that you may possibly need (from garment steamers, to board games, to rubber boots) is all there, so you won’t need to pack bulky items. Even if you did forget something, the city of Duncan is just a 5 minute drive away for a quick errand run. All of our guests were so blown away by the property and its amenities – it’s no wonder this place gets booked up so quickly! The outdoor bathrooms were such a nice touch – very clean and modern! The place is super quiet that you can hear the birds chirping from the estuary and bird sanctuary. We would go back without hesitation. Highly recommend for any event!

Had a nice visit. Saw the hall while driving by and there were many well-dressed people outside. They were very welcoming and friendly. I felt right at home. Stayed for an hour.

Nice place for a get together

we attended the annual salmon BBQ a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time. It was nice to meet so many of the folks from the Gabriola community. The salmon was delicious and the music was tremendous. We will come back again!
