In October 1992, R&S Glass Shop opened for business in Prescott providing auto glass services to auto dealers, local customers and the insurance industry. 1994, R&S Glass shop expanded to it's current location in Kemptville. This allowed for the addition of a full line of auto accessories and trailers. 2002 saw the sale of R&S Glass shop in Prescott to allow for a full service shop in Winchester. In 2004, R&S Glass shop, Kemptville Division, branched out to allow for home renovations in addition to window and door replacements. 2011, R&S Glass has officially changed it's name to krisalis Inc. and is still owned and operated by Rob McNamara. A premier provider of automotive, residential and commercial glass replacement and repairs.

As a notorious DIY'er I have to say I am very glad to have this company help us out on our garage door. My husband and I were bent on fixing it ourselves when it wouldn't open. After hours of puttering with the cables we saw the torsion spring was broken and called around locally to see if we could get parts. This was friendliest local company that was willing to sell us the parts: torsion springs and winder bars. After much deliberation and looking at videos of people getting injured by messing with springs, my husband and I decided to pay the extra money to have a pro do it. (I also found a coupon on their site which helped bring the cost down.) I want to say I AM SO SO SO SO SO VERY GLAD we chose that route. Not only was Mike very professional and FAST (job was done under 40 minutes!) he was gracious enough to answer all the questions I had and even call me back to answer yet another question I had after he left. It feels great to have the garage door working again! Thank you Home, Door & Window for the great service!

We are so pleased with the work done on our roof by Classic. Everything was done in a timely manner and all the problems dealt with professionally. The workmen were courteous and friendly and explained what they were doing to alleviate future problems. They left the site clean and no follow up was necessary on our part. I was especially pleased that all the people involved showed up exactly when they said they would be here.

Purchased a front door 2 weeks ago could not be happier with the installation and the door itself. It is beautiful and quality. I get a lot of compliments from the neighbors. The service was great since and the installation men were wonderful. I will use Pinnacle Windows and Doors again for my back door and also for windows in the very near future.

From start to finish the consultation, installation and after sales service were awesome. Alex explained the process and the different levels of window products available with clarity, professionalism and ease. He was both personable and patient when many questions were asked and he was responsive to calls. He explained how Ontaro’s Energy rebate program could work for us and took care of the paperwork. The installation team worked so hard, were efficient, cleaned up and did an excellent job. And most importantly I love the windows!

HORRIBLE! I had my windows tinted summer 16. Last week my tint was peeling in the corner. I drove down from Oakland County where I live to ask for a quick repair. The guy working at desk asked me if I had my receipt. Why would I carry around a receipt if I was told all work is lifetime guarantee! This guy then begins to argue with me and then said "we will have to charge you" I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO DEAL WITH SOME NASTY CRACKHEAD STAFF TO FIX A JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LIFETIME GUARANTEED. #Its about making customer satisfied. #dont hiremissingrotten teethpeopletorunyrfront desk!

Great customer service. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and made sure we test drove it and that everything was great. I reccomend everyone to see Joe! I'll definitely be coming back to Carline.

Had a roof done by Jim and his team a few years ago. Have had no issues with it. They left a clean job site and did a good job with the install. Purchased a home that was done by Jim a few years before my purchase. We live high up on a hill and during a severe windstorm, we lost some shingles. Called them up and they send someone over to honour the warranty without hassle or cost. Customer service is a rare thing in the roofing industry - would recommend.
