Called. Ready to buy 2 entry doors and 2 sets of storm doors for my home. Cash ready, saved up all year for this. Scheduled a visit with AVS for today. I was told they would be out between 10am and 2pm to measure and show inventory for the doors. Bought the yearly membership for $149 in hopes of having them do other jobs around the house. (Either you pay $150 non-refundable fee for the visit or buy into the membership for $1 less.) Seemed to be a good expense, at least worth the 10% discount on product as a member. The tech was a no call/no show for our meeting. I called and was treated like I didn't matter. Was told someone would get back to me and never received a call. I finally called them up again and asked for my $149 back. Going to go somewhere else. Absolutely NO customer service. Too bad because I like to support locally and not shop at big box stores. Their facility is less than 1/2 mile away from my address... I understand being late, but at least call.

The best tint shop around. The quality, service and attention to detail is the best I've ever seen. Highly reccomend this company and I'll be a customer for life.

Brought car in at 9 was done all windows by 5... very pleased with Jessys work...very happy with the results..would recomend him to anyone who appreciates great workmanship...

Rona is by far much better than Home Depot always great service and good selection. If they don't have it in stock they will order what you need and have it in a fsw days or next day.

Adrian and his crew have cleaned the windows at two of our houses. The first was a pretty standard house and just before we sold it. The second was at our new house which is basically made of glass. They got to all the crazy high spots and dealt with tons of dust and grime from construction. In both cases the windows were spotless. We'll be using them every year (at least)!
