Stay away! The worst contractor we have ever dealt with. Poor workmanship and even worse customer service once they have your money. Their installer used the wrong trim and left notable gaps in our trim. Once inspected we notified our salesman Mario that we were unhappy with the trim installation and he told us he would have it fixed. Excuses over and over again has left us with a the same terrible trim install on a project that cost us nearly $10,000. We have been chasing this company for exactly a year trying to have this issue rectified. We have since used other local window installers for the rest of our projects and they have gone above and beyond! Do you research, no point in going with this company as they won't ever help you after the fact. What's the point of a warranty?

After talking to many different window & siding companies then having three different quotes done... I'm so happy with our decision to hire BHI with our exterior renos. We had wood siding replaced with vinyl, patio doors & a few windows replaced as well as exterior rot issues around two windows all fixed. The employees who worked on our home were experienced and professional. I was confident in the work they did, as they were always open to discuss what was going and and very transparent. BMI is not like other companies who just do a cover up job, they do it right. I will definitely be hiring them again for any roofing needs and to replace the remaining original windows.

Very unfortunate to see these reviews for a company that has been around in the community for many many years. Our family has always done business and had a great result, even when Real owned it. Things haven't always gone smoothly but the costumer service is fantastic in house and the glass cutter clearly takes great pride in his work. A company that is good at what they do is busy for a reason, and to me they are worth the wait.

John and Alexei did an amazing job with our installation. They kept in constant communication with us and made sure things were being done to our satisfaction. The new windows and doors look great and have given the house a fresh, modern, feel.

We were extremely disappointed with our Express Door experience, which is mainly because of our salesman Eric. First he promised dates just to get the sale. It was a large order (over $4000). Then there was delay after delay, a Door was measured wrong and Eric tried to say that I had the door reframed??? Then more delays to have this door remade. Then delays to have materials picked up. Communication with Eric was atroshish from the beginning. The entire experience was so stressful that my husband and I have to say THIS was the worst company to deal with when it came to our renovation. We wish we went to Homedepot!

The ener-tight installation crew just a finished a 2 day job job at my house and I couldn't be happier. Easy to deal with staff, incredibly friendly, everything was cleaned-up and they did a great finishing job.
