Top notch service and products. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have easy access to work being performed.

Took months to get one piece of glass made. Both me and my mother went in several times to pick it up and it was never ready even though they said it would be. Still got charged full price and the cut of the glass was totally wrong.

I had master's windows cleaning come over and clean all the windows on my house this past week. Curtis the owner was very professional and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Absolute worst quality and the worst service. Complete crooks. This company left us with worse quality windows than we even replaced. They attempted to replace two windows and in each instance the quality became worse and worse. They stopped answering phone calls. They left us with windows that have required additional replacement from another competent company. Also, despite having paid in full for this awful product they sent us to collections and it has negatively affected our credit. Would you pay for this?! The photos speak for themselves. This is a large company that gets their foot in the door by offering a competitive price but their product is absolute junk.

The owners of this store are incredibly knowledgeable. They have great suggestions and can match paints from any type of sample! We took a small piece of drywall from behind an electrical faceplate and Jeff was able to match the paint colour perfectly! We love buying our paint from Jas-Mar!

A company that honors their warrenty. I had their windows since 1996 and the company still honors my warranty. GREAT WINDOWS. GREAT COMPANY.

Best hardware store in town and amazing service

Great windows made by hardworking people. High-quality replacement windows, even though company is known more for new construction products.

Closing was January 3rd in our brand new home and we still on March 9th are with the incorrect windows for our front door and sidelight. They have had a number of miscommunications with the secretary and technicians regarding appointment times- over an hour late today and the technician after arriving an hour late stated he had ordered the incorrect part...Okay why did we wait around for you this morning and why did you not call us to inform us. Are we going to get reimbursed for taking a day off of work? I would not recommend this company to a family, friend or complete stranger.
