Simple request to program replace a couple of remotes. Although it took a day to respond to the request once done the service was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. While I was writing out the cheque the service guy even did a quick fix on the keyless entry! Would definitely use them again.

If something goes wrong with your order from or the work done by this company, you may find yourself in the position that I am- filing a suit in Small Claims Court as a final recourse. What has particularly annoyed me is the owner's dishonesty. He had been unable to deliver stained glass door glass I had ordered (it was out of production - no fault of his on that score) and when I couldn't find a suitable replacement from any of his suppliers he agreed without any equivocation to refund my $500 deposit. Only problem is, he never has. Polite e-mail reminders have been ignored. A phone call met with excuses ("just got back into town- your cheque will be in the mail soon") I can't comment on the quality of this company's work, but I certainly don't consider the person running this outfit to be trustworthy. What would be his response if you were to call about a problem with an installation he'd done? My guess is that he'd offer assurances that he'd take care of the problem. But would he ever show up? I certainly wouldn't bet on it. My advise- save yourself a lot of trouble, and find someone honest and reliable to do your door and window work. (BTW: I just noticed: There is one other review of this company posted here. It's a 5-star rating from one "Meir Medalssy" who just happens to be the owner of JBM! The fact that he would post a 5-star review of his own company without identifying himself as such should tell you something about this guy's integrity.) UPDATE: Regarding the owner's response to my review: In a short paragraph there are 5 false statements and misrepresentations- two of which are outright lies. I don't think Google or readers in general would appreciate me doing a detailed point-by-point "he said - she said" here, but I do make this offer: If you want details that would convince you of Mr. Medalssy's dishonesty, contact me via gmail - prefix is "winstanf"
