This is NOT a quality company. They are NOT to be trusted. You will have issues and they will NOT be responsive nor take responsiblity. They have a lot of words (bs), waste a lot of time, but NO action. You will NOT be a satisfied customer, nor do they care. Their warranties as stated on the website will never be honored, false advertising. Buyer beware! Hydro went UP after installation.

Première achat et recu porte avec plusieurs defaut , moulure deformer... ont sattend a beaucoup mieu dune entreprise soit dite professionnel et en affaire depuis 40 ans !! .Peut etre j'aurais du attendre 40 de plus .. jai du manquer 2 jours ouvrage , 1 pour installation et l'autre quelques semaines plustard pour la réparation ... par contre service apres vente professionnel et efficace. L'année prochaine nous allons remplacer les fenêtres et porte avant et allons probablement acheter ailleur a cause du manque de control de qualiter de cette entreprise

Update April 2018: Windshield has held up (rain sensor and all) NO LEAKS or problems at all. THANK YOU HARRY! 10/10 recommended Harry and his colleague (Rich, I believe) are SUPER friendly. I was a bit skeptical going to mom&pop shop to get my windshield replaced but the price was right so I went for it. Time will tell on the windshield, but they offered a 1-year warrantee on installation and manufacturer defects!!! I absolutely recommend them and will update this review if anything wonky happens with the windshield. Otherwise - THANK YOU HARRY and RICH!!! (as a side note - they speak English without any issues at all)

WoW, Amazing Team!!! La maman de ma copine a engager cette compagnie pour remplacer nos fenetres avec vitraux, nous avons rien a dire par rapport aux travaux ainsi que la communication de Martin industrie. Ils sont venu changer les fenetres en 2 jours... Tout etait parfait et aucune possiere, tout etait tres propre apres leur depart. Compagnie Fiable et a un tres bon prix qualiter-prix. Martin Industrie, merci X0
