It's a terrible experience. i could give even lower than 1 star if I could. I started my journey with Verdun in April, 2017 and signed the contract with deposit. It's 3 bedroom windows and one bay window. I got permit from city in Mid of June. I was promised to 6 to 8 weeks because of the busy season. But I waited THREE and HALF months, that's September 28, 2017 for installation. That's nothing but disappointment. The bay window I want to change could not be installed because of the wrong measurement. I was promised again for another FIVE weeks for our Bay window. Now it's Nov. 14th, almost 7 weeks, I'm still waiting... On Oct. 23, I found one of the newly installed window has problem. I sent an email and attached a photo. I'm supposed someone from Verdun should process it and send a technician to verify. Nothing happened. Now I've sent my third email with photo attached. Still no response yet. I called so many times to the sales, to the boss. Not helpful, still waiting ....

These guys are good value for the money. Personable, professional and fast. I looked high and low for someone to do my apartment windows. It is harder to find than you might think. The big companies said I was too small for them to bother with and the small companies said they did not know how to clean my heritage building windows. These guys did a fantastic job on my filthy, filthy windows and at a price that I never have to worry about how I will get my windows cleaned again. Bravo! No, I don't know them personally. I found them on Google search under 'window cleaning Montreal'.

We don't go anywhere except All Star Auto Glass for our vehicle window repairs and replacements. John and Debbie are great! Numerous window repairs and replacements over the years, always great and friendly service.

Je donne 2 étoile pour la qualité de ce qu'ils ont installé mais très décu du service installateur et service après vente pour un commerce recommandé CAA .Je ferai affaire avec un autre installateur pour le reste de mes jobs

I've gone here twice for windshield chip repairs. Fast work, friendly service, and I was pleased with the work both times. Also I'm pretty sure it's the cheapest place in town for chip repairs.

I walked in to see if they could cut a piece of plexiglass for me. The guy did it on the spot for a very reasonable price.
