They did a good job putting a knee wall in and insulat/vapor barrier it. However their outside vinyl siding job was disappointing. They had one large seam from where they cut the siding going from the soffit down to my foundation. Now if you dont mind having a relatively cheap job and not worried how it looks then this would be the place. Also their customer service could be improved. From the girls answering the phones to the quoting and follow up. When I had this issue with the siding they were slow to get back to me and failed to aliviate the concern I had. Also their excuse for why it wasn't done properly was garbage. Finally. Waited a good 7 weeks between booking the job and actually having it done. Took them from 9 till 1230. Seems like I waited a long time for a 3.5 hr job.

In these days help as they have provided was exemplary,no foul language, no loud music,a spirit of mutual co-operation and concern and certainly no goofing off.The workmen were coordinated effective and worked safely and the outside temperature reached 30 degrees C.They literary never stopped.I was absolutely impressed and the company stayed within their estimate.Would most certainly recommend.

Very efficiently run store. The place is always packed but if you have a repair you can be out of there in less than 30 minutes. One of the few stores anywhere that knows how to staff.

I went in to buy 3 skids off cull wood and some pt post and waiting 10 mins , but that's parts ok I know they are busy but when the lady was taking my order she needed help putting the cull wood threw and the man was helping her and when I told him I have 2 more skids I wanted to add to the order he told me I would have to wait because there was other customers that came so I got put to the back of the line when I was the first one there and he was rude about it so I told them to forget about the order and I went some were else and never will buy from this place again, customer service is what keeps a place going and there was none here

Needed a large window replaced, three sashes wide and about 15 feet off the ground. The crew sent by Pella arrived on time and went right to work. Took great care in protecting my floors and even covered the opening with plastic while they swapped the windows out (I replaced these windows in winter). Did a great job and the vinyl siding and trim were put back perfectly. The quality of my new Pella window is awesome, very well built, no give when I push/pull on it and no cold or wind coming through. I would highly recommend. You can buy cheaper windows... but this is truly an area where "you get what you pay for". Huge difference over the 10 year old vinyl windows I was replacing.
