Came here on recommendation from several people and was not disappointed. They were up front about what could happen due to the size of the chip and fit me in with super short notice. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Won't be going anywhere else in the future.

After having some rough experiences with other contractors, Dayside was a breath of fresh air. They took care of everything and were professional from the start. Highly recommended!

Great service. I have been using this company for three years since moving to Barrie. They provide prompt and friendly service and do an excellent job on my bungalow, both inside and out, right down to cleaning screens and silks. They even do the garage windows. I will certainly recommend them to friends and neighbours.

Never again. Don't trust this company or their "warranty" (or whatever you want to call the useless piece of paper they give you). Once their cheap defective products are installed, any issues you encounter are your fault and they will do nothing but say no, no, no, no no. They get one star because that is lowest rating allowable. If it were up to me they would get none.

DO NOT support this business,bought french doors and they installed them, left three messages with them for inquiring about warranty because the double doors they installed both started to leak with light rain and they don't even have the decency to even call me back to talk, its now been over a month!

My large bay window looks absolutely beautiful. Great job by Cayman Windows!

UPDATE: They send out one of their own installers to fix the issue. He also had to replace the cranks because they were finished as well. He got the window open that had the broken latch so not having to replace that window was a deep relief because those two windows alone were the most expensive. Your installer said someone at the shop probably set the locks to stiff for shipping or it was the installation. When your installer came 3 years ago to replace the THIN weather stripping, he inspected all the windows and said they were installed correctly, so no, I don't believe it was the installation. A little over 6 years ago, we had all our windows replaced with custom sized Strassburger Windows as they are SUPPOSED to be the best. We had to PAY to have the draft seals replaced - service call and time. At the time, the windows were only 3 years old. My husband could feel a cold draft coming from our BRAND NEW windows. Now? We have TWO custom nearly 5 foot crank windows on the front of the house. I didn't want double hung because I wanted an unobstructed view of the street and porch. For such HUGE windows, they put in ONE push lock. ONE for a window that size and one broke and easily too. When the installer put them in, I noted that the locks seemed 'stiff' and were hard to push down. He said that was 'normal' for new windows. Over time, the 'stiff' got harder and harder and the installer said Strassburger wouldn't do anything because it's past warranty, even though we complained to him about it from day one. Well, one of those locks broke and now the window is PERMANENTLY locked and we can't open it. We can't even lock the second window because the lock will snap. Considering the size of the windows, WHY wouldn't they put in a second lock near the top instead of having one mechanism to lock a 5 foot window? Seriously, I DOUBT they'll give a damn about what happened which was a manufacturer's defect in our books because WE didn't manufacture the windows with inferior locking mechanisms for such a big expanse of window. Now, we have to pay to have them removed and replaced with another manufacturers windows because these guys won't stand by their product.

I used Brantford Glass to custom cut me a smaller piece with the dimensions and glass thickness I inquired about. Affordable and quick responders. If I need custom cut glass in the future I'll definitely use them again.

I have used them for custom shower doors, mirrors above vanities, and plexiglass to protect walls from equipment that was making holes. Everytime they have been professional, punctual & give a great product. Thank you!!!
