Dealing with the company in question regarding new windows at a cottage. From the initial time they took my information to the phone call I have just received they have lost my information, set up an appointment that they did not show up to and provided lackluster customer service. The lack of communication, customer service and willingness to work can only be reflective of the way they conduct business. Very dissapointing.

seen management or owner aggressively approach worker bagan to yell well putting his hands very close to young employees face.. The younger worker walked away clam. blad older man with glasses than followed him and bagan verbally assaulting him again. Bagan yelling at employee who was off property having a cigrrette very unprofessional. Would not recommend due to poor treatment of staff. Low quality marksmanship.

i hear you guys went bankrupt. I guess my warranty is no longer valid?

Two widows instation at 8: ish oh my such precision all day they both did 110 percent above and beyond They are seriously perfectionist my glass windows sliding doors were so crystal clear they both did a abosusoltlt job thank you both great experience thank you both sincerely Lisa and Paul such a wonderful experience

Friendly people

I have just completed the second job with Douglas and although I would rate the first one as top notch, sadly the second is a really big disappointment! The installation is perfect, the door itself not so much. I have two other steel entrance doors and I assumed that the third would have been ordered to match - sadly not so. The door style was not discussed at time of order and my mistake was assuming that the sales rep would have ordered the style to match my existing. As an interior designer this mis-match is very offensive to my eye especially since I see the two different styles at the same time. Is this my mistake - I don't think so, but I am very happy to report that Douglas is planning to replace the door with the style I was expecting!! I will continue to do business with them and I will continue to refer my clients to them. I live in house over 100 years old and there are still a lot of replacements to go. Their integrity equals that which I try to operate with in my business also. Thanks!

Matt and Jack came to clean our eavestroughs and they did a great job. They got back to me quickly, were very professional, and their prices were very reasonable. They clearly cared about me and my house and talked me through what they'd found and how the process went. They even used some of the composted leaves from the gutters to fill in spots in our garden! They were both very friendly and I will definitely be calling them again.
