Really nice winery with great tastings. Outstanding restaurant and grounds

We stopped here as it was one of the only wineries in the valley we hadn't been too, along with the new Lightfoot and Wolfvillle winery. We were impressed even more so than Lightfoot with the new beautiful building and view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The flight selection paired with small palette cleansers like fresh baked bread, olives and cheese were a nice change on the standard local flight service. A very nice seating area up and down with a beautiful view. A delightful quiet setting that surely won't last as word gets out. Well done Mercator Winery.

Al is a great host. Stayed in the suite which is spacious and comfortable. Very good location.

Amazing view, food and service makes this place awesome. We had a glass of wine and shared a cheese board. Delicious!

Great place to visit if you are touring the NS wine scene. The staff here were so friendly, and have Solomon, an amazing newfoundland dog! They are top notch sparkling wine makers and are definitely worth trying, even if sparkling wine isn't your main thing.

Ross is an energetic and eager to please entrepreneur.He is very knowledgeable about the multiple kinds of wines he offers.He assisted us in making our selections and we were more than pleased with the outcome of the choices made. His set up maybe small but the rewards are big if you purchase your wine from Ross.You get an amazing price and great tasting wine.You can't go wrong.

Always excellent cider. I especially love trying their "something different" as it changes frequently. My favourite is still the Sour Cherry 🍒. But honestly all of them are great. Will keep coming back again and again.

Lovely place to spend time with friends.

Some of the best liquor I have ever had, the Gin is amazing. Their range of flavoured liqueurs are all very tasty and great so make combinations with. I am also a fan of being able to see the back distillery from the store.

Wonderful experience, great wine samples, walk through the grape vines and the food was delicious. A must as a destination for a very relaxing day.

Drove through a snow storm to get there but was worth it. Mead is such a unique drank and makes me think of vikings and minstrels. These guys are often at the Wolfville farm market. If you haven't had mead before you might be surprised. Don't expect it to be wine as it has a much simpler taste. I served a bottle of the sweet mead for Christmas dinner which as a hit.
