The mechanic was very rude when asking me questions. He asked me what was wrong which seemed odd because my vehicle had been dropped off an hour ago. Seemed like he had just started. So, to me, I felt like I was charged for an hour for what seemed like a 5 minute check. I had been there before and was never charged for the initial check. So I was completely floored when they charged me over $100 just to diagnose the problem. Never will return - customer for over 2 years.

I was rolling in to Medicine Hat on Jan 22.18 about 3pm with a engine problem.I called 3 local dealerships and was told NONE of them could look at my truck , I found Dunlops number and called, Chris the service manager said come on in .I arrived at his shop at 3.30 they hooked up the computer and found the problem . They took me in in the next morning, replaced the bad injector . Amanda in warranty ....Chris the shop Manager went over and beyond...Would recommend this shop 100% :)

5 Star "PLUS" Rating - I own an automotive service and repair shop in Edmonton. My very good friend & client had his Dodge Truck serviced and the Turbo replaced by us prior to heading off to the Yukon for holidays. The Turbo started having trouble on the way North. After some challenges trying to find someone in Grande Prairie to look at it we ended up calling Supreme Diesel in Sexsmith. Lori and Dan were not only super to deal with and accommodating but had a technician stay late to diagnos and replace a new yet faulty Turbo actuator motor. Trevor, the technician working on it, called my cell with the bad news. He provided a used part solution and stayed to complete the repair. Never mind above and beyond. These folks are amazing and my good friend was on his way first thing this morning - Thank you Supreme Diesel for being "Awesome"

I had a wildland fire team traveling from Colorado to California for a fire activation and they had some car troubles along the way. They chose to stop at J&S Diesel to have it looked at and once diagnosed James called me up. I have been a professional mechanic for over 20 years, and I could tell very quickly that James knew what he was talking about and that I could trust him to take care of us. His shop was able to do some significant repairs in a very short time and verified the repairs on a 70-mile test drive (I don't believe most shops would go to this extent). I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of J&S Diesel billing was straight forward and well defined. I would recommend them to anyone needing service for their diesel vehicle.
