The staff here is absolutely amazing... Especially Joel. Honest and rock bottom pricing that keep people leaving Gerry's to run there. Shocked to see negative reviews on here. Funny enough, i seen Joseph Nardi in this morning for a repair. His customer service must has been extremely good... the game players of the industry need to grow up or get into a new line of work if they have an issue with honest people wanting to help. yikes!

I have an old Audi and I needed some help with the dreaded pinch bolt in the steering knuckle. I brought my part into the shop around 9:30 and met with Jeremy. He called me at 3:30 and had it set to go. It was a labor intensive job and I thought his price was fair. He cleaned the part, sandblasted it and made it look like new. He also got it done the same day so I could get my car back on the road. Thanks, I appreciate it.

I’ve come to use the shop exclusively for not only our motorhome but our personal vehicles. I first came here as a customer for my motorhome with tire service and upgrades. I believe that Nate and his team offer extremely knowledgeable and top quality work, but they are the most customer focused small business that I know of. I appreciate the service writer they have now, Roger, who is not only knowledgeable but very personable. Finally probably the thing that really drives my buying decision as a consumer the most is the fact that they add value to their fair and reasonable prices. They take good care of you and don’t take advantage of you. That is the hallmark of a great business.
