They are amazing! Bought a vehicle from them in May 2015 and immediately had oil leaking problems and the engine finally went and had me stalled on the way home from work. Being a single mother and new to the area, I was devastated. Drew from their service center put in a different engine with less miles on it. Drew is the best! I would highly recommend Carson Service Center!!!!

We were passing through and lost a CV Joint. I called Autozone and asked who they would have repair their car - said to all Frank at Precision. That was great advice. The local Honda dealer needed 5 days just to get the parts. Frank had factory parts on hand the next morning at 7 am and installed by 9:30 am so we could get back on the road. They offered to drop us at a rental car or hotel. Frank is courteous and fair, and a pleasure to do business with - I recommend them without hesitation.

This is the second time that Chevron (the boss Karl) has bailed me out of a situation. The first was my tire shredded and he had one sent over from Lake Tahoe. Then yesterday he secured my tire flap with zip ties so that I could use my chains. Great place and very helpful guy.

My Touareg got "check engine" light on while driving up on 395 to Mammoth Lakes. The guy from the Alpine Garage resolved the issue (air sensor) in 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased with the service and price ($80). I would really recommend this German lady owner shop. It proves one more time than there is always a place for a "service done right at a right price". Keep going "old lady"!!!!

My clutch fried on my way up for a couple days of camping at Pineknot. I give Phil's 5 stars - they could not have been any better. The pricing was reasonable, quality work, and everyone on their staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a similar situation.

TK service sucked. 6 hours to work on tripac, got back to the TA and ac wasnt working. Back up here going on 2+ hours now...

(Update) honest one has reached out to me after my review. They have stepped up and taken care of me. They have gone above and beyond then what I expected. I took my truck here after replacing my rack and pinion. The guy the doing the alignment came from the shop mad as hell saying it's going to have to be an other day because he was having a bad day. The guy at the counter told me my truck was good to go. I drove it back to sandy. My truck was all over the road. The steering wheel was off by a lot. I called them back and they said bring it in and we will fix everything. So I brought it in and waited 20 mins for the guy to come tell me his lift was broke and they couldn't do that day. And that they call me when it was fixed. 3 weeks later I get a call saying that they couldn't do it because of play in my steering wheel. I check it and there isn't any play. I told the guy I checked it was all good. He told me that they couldn't do it because it's not a OEM rack and pinion. So now my truck is still not fixed and I have to call and hope they fix it. Or give me the money back or something. They don't seem to be honest to me

Took great car of my 2005 F-250 6.0L with precision and detailed work. Very personable, great turnaround time.

Everyone here is wonderful and friendly. However, if you're in a rush like I always am, this place isn't always the best to stop at because they provide full service. Again, it's a wonderful feature. Just not for everyone.
