Each time I felt like they gave me a fair shake, fixed the problem fairly quickly, let me know of other things that need fixing without any pressure to get it fixed there and then, and worked around my weird night shift sleeping schedule. RUN, these are scam artists, plain and simple. A repair that should have cost $300 and taken 2 hours at most ended up somehow taking 2 weeks and costing over $5000!!! We've heard from two other trucking companies that had the exact same ordeal, STAY AWAY from these crooks.

I went to West Auto in order to get my safety inspection done. Since my front brake pads were done they replaced them. Being home again I've been not happy about the price and the bill so I went back and complained about it. I really behaved bad and inappropriate but they still were nice and explained everything to me in detail. I was the one who was wrong! I really appreciate how they took the time for me without losing patience. Very human and authentic people - if I ever have a car problem in Moab again I will defenitely go there.
