Marcelo did a great job helping me get four new tires for the Honda Accord. He was very courteous from the first time I spoke with him when I found him on Google Maps. Right as I drove up, he greeted me my name, even as I was still in the car. He was able to give me an even better deal than what he originally estimated. Make sure you go to Lex Brodie’s and ask for Marcelo.

I've never had a bad experience with a Midas before coming to this branch. After taking my car to get a safety check, they said that I need to fix the driver's power window because it would not open as a condition of passing the safety check. They did not have the part in stock so I prepaid for the part and the labor and they said they would pass the car and then contact me no later than 8-9 business days. After 12 business days of not hearing anything I called them back. Apparently the manufacturer gave them the wrong quote for the power window switch and the part actually costs $170+ more than the $280 or so that I already paid for! I talked to the manager and he refused to do the repair even though a.) I already paid for the part at the price they gave me, b.) it was their fault for not checking the price before charging me, and c.) there were no other changes to the contract (ie., it was not a different part just wrong price). They refused to give me the part that I validly paid for! I refused to pay the extra cost because I can't afford it and they initially also refused to give me a refund because apparently it would invalidate my safety check (that they already issued despite the supposed safety issue) because their issuance of the safety check was on the condition of getting this repair done. Don't trust these guys and watch out for hidden costs at this place and breaches of contract! You pay for something and they say they'll do it and then when you try to get them to do something they charge you a lot extra for their own incompetence! If only they would own their mistake and fix the car for the price that I paid for!

Convenient drive in n out location...lots of parking...space in the area.

I'm very impressed and satisfied with the service department.I had a bad experience here a few years ago. Honolulu Ford must be under new management.I was greeted with courtesy.My wait was not excessive about 1 hour or so.The last visit was terrible.I had a marketing salesguy talking excessively about doing a trade and I waited almost the whole day with no heads up.I will recommend Honolulu Ford to my friends.

Great work at a fair price. I neglected my car's oil leak for pretty long and the problem was worse than expected, but they took great care of me, and did not charge me for extra labor! Good experience here, I will return.

Otherwise called McKinley Car Wash is now a Texaco. Full service with a car wash. They have it down to a science.

Had the worst experience with this shop! If you want to get your car fixed with a reasonable price, DO NOT go to this shop! This guy does not know what he is doing. I had a brake problem and he almost changed everything from brake pads to even suggesting me to check transmission system totally. Everything he tried failed to fix the problem and I suffered from this problem for weeks. I went to another shop, the problem was fixed within one hour!!

Fix my motor here n even bought one good reasonable price for smaller used boat motors if u need one call n ask he is super nice

I had my safety check done here and it was a very efficient and simple process. I scheduled the appointment online on a Friday for that same afternoon, the store called me back about 10 minutes later to tell me that they could not do it that day. But offered the next day. I took the appointment and was in and out within about 30 minutes. Service was very friendly and professional.
