I came in to Midas on Bragaw by Costco with lug nuts broken off and two loose and the tire being held on by one lug nut. Distressed the front counter Tyler Palek calmed me down asked me who changed my winter tires. I showed him the receipt and f it wasn’t for Tyler informing me about the tork pressure etc...and calling the prior people that worked in my tires I probably wouldn’t have a refund back from the other guys. I just want to say that these guys are not about being shady and ripping you off! Thanks Tyler for all your info, help and treating me with respect...especially since I’m a female and single.

Ask them to check out my brakes and front end as they did the tires. Somehow they missed that one brake caliper had a seized guide pin. Tires set at improper pressure and lug nuts way over torqued.

These guys put in extra time and effort to make sure everything was done right. Honest and extremely helpful. We will be coming here for all our vehicle maintenance!

What can I say, the guys at DTS did a awesome job on my truck.i generally don't let people work on my truck because of how mitculas I am with it,but sometimes I or my shop ain't got the time to do it,never once had to call for a update(was updated in a very timely manner,and even worked on a day in which they were closed ). I HIGHLY recommend this shop proudly serving the anchorage and surrounding areas for all of your diesel needs

I would strongly recommend going to this jiffy lube, not only is the staff so sweet. The management is impeccable. I went in for a tire change, not only did they get me in a timely manner. They also walked me out to my car. unfortunately the next day, I had a flat tire. So I called Jiffy lube, and explained that I was just in yesterday and my tire is now flat. The manager helped me put the donut on my car, and go me into the shop that day to repair my tire. Luckily, it was just a nail in my tire. This is a smoothly run Jiffy lube, and you can really tell the staff respects their boss. I really felt like I could trust the work they did on my vehicle. They also give a military discount!

Dean, the owner, is behind the desk everyday backing up all the work done at his shop. This shop is always very honest and professional about what my car needs. Sales experience was amazing. Oil change process was flawless. And I ordered some aftermarket parts which arrived quickly. Sure, BMWs are pricey but with the service and reliability, I have zero complaints about making the upgrade.
