Had an issue with my Jeep being stuck in Limp mode. I took it to another transmission shop beforehand where I got news that the tranny was dying and it'd be about $2500 to fix. I didn't feel comfortable with this mechanic and after some research ended up calling Rick. He was super helpful, explained the process of what he was going to do to check my Jeep out and said he'd get back to me as soon as possible. After dropping my Jeep off, Rick called a few hours later and explained the damages. It turned out my PCM was bad and needed to be replaced and that the tranny was perfectly fine. Rick ended up saving me about $1400 that I would have spent at another mechanic. My Jeep runs excellent now and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend Rick for both his work and excellent customer service.
