I recently purchased an older model Porsche 911 and right off the bat I experienced problems (severe gas leak from tank, etc). One day while "working" on it at my home a gentlemen who was visiting his family at a neighboring house came over and introduced himself and said he worked at an establishment that specialized in these types of cars. Because this repair was out of my league I decided to call. I spoke with one of the owners, Gerard. He was very friendly and said he could fit me in so I figured what the heck (plus it doesn't hurt he is an Army Veteran like myself). I had my car flat bedded down on the 2nd of January. I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first, the area is extremely crowded and the shop is no Chip Foose or Boyd Coddington "eat off the floors" type establishment but the fears quickly dispersed. From the get go Gerard started looking over my car, he noticed some problem areas quickly that needed addressed like the rear motor mounts as well as some wiring and vacuums lines that were definitely not right. After a once over, I turned over the keys to my new project and off I went. Gerard called often with multiple status updates. It appears whoever worked on my car in the past must of not known his A$$ from a hole in the ground (my words). Missing sway bar, timing WAY out of whack, wires wrapped around stuff they shouldn't be, a throttle cable missing, gear fluid that was supposedly changed but wasn't, no air filter, and that is just the tip of the iceberg!! I could go on and on. Gerard and his staffs' attention to detail and knowledge of the product are second to none. When I stopped by to check in last week and when I picked up my car today Gerard went out of his way to explain many key facets of Porsche ownership and maintenance. My baby still needs some more work but rest assured when I get some more money put together I will without hesitation return to Gerard and the team at Motor-Werkes INC.

NEVER USE this dishonest RIP-OFF company AAA but always try to use your insurance or a private tow company because the service is horrible. Here's why, I called AAA and told ASKED the customer service representative, "f I paid for membership on the same day that i paid service if I could still use the service?"...and the representative told me "YES and to just pay online and call me back". Unfortunately, i learned that this was a lie that the rep told me after I paid my money!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I was stuck on the freeway and signed up to an upgraded plus AAA service & payed $100 to get a tow off freeway to my destination. Then after I payed for my membership I was told that I had to wait 7 days to use the service which included a 100 mile tow. This company told me after receiving my membership payment that i can only get towed 5 miles but for free to a safe destination. Then i was told by the company that i have to pay another $35 dollars for using service on the first day! So I paid my last few dollars only because i was stuck on the freeway and then they told me that i have to wait 7 days to use the service and receive the 100 mile tow. So they only gave me a 5 mile tow but i was still stuck outside in my car after paying my $100 + $35. So they had me pay these fees but told me i had to wait 7 days. Therefore I was left stranded in my car!

Friendly, top-notch service! Took my car for what I thought was a transmission problem, but All Trans could not replicate it - so they returned it, no charge, and said to come back if it happened again. Two months later, same issue, brought it in - turned out to be a catalytic converter problem, so no charge again. These guys are honest, friendly, and not looking to make a quick buck. For anything they can repair, from now on, I'm taking my car here - customer for life!

All 3 of the guys I interacted with during my equipment rental were strait forward and solid guys. On time, lift worked well. Even called to double check before drop off to make sure everything was right & tight. Will rent again soon! Mahalo guys!

I've been taking my vehicles to wrench werks for years. Reasonably priced, honest, personal service & timely. I really appreciate the extra time they take to explain the repairs to "my" understanding and when I don't they most always invite into the shop and show me!

WELL BOUGHT A TRUCK A SILVERADO IN 2015,IT WAS ALL GOOD STAYED AT THE DEALERSHIP FROM 9:00 in the morning until closing,was made allot of promises when the deal was about to be signed,as soon as i signed the contract it was a hole different story was told to come back the next day so i could get my lining for the bed of the truck,came the next morning and they act like they dont know you and forgot they said about the lining.then now they have my truck for almost a month what happened with the promises again.I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN,ASKED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER THEY SHUFFLE ME FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER,THEN I FINALY WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AFTER CRYING SINCE I GOT THERE,I WAS INTRODUCE TO THE MANAGER SHE WAS SO NICE AND CARING TOOK ME INTO HER OFFICE AND CALMED ME DOWN AND SHE SAID SHE IS GOING TO SEE WHAT SHE COULD DO AND EVEN GAVE ME HER DIRECT LINE LIKE HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE,AND I THANK HER VERY MUCH THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER WORKING THERE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Service there is awesome.

When I was looking for a place to help me with my transmission problem I got referred to this shop. Friendly very knowledgeable staff took in my car right away to help me with my problem.. I haven't gotten my car back yet but when I do, the fifth star will be placed in where it should be. Mahalo!

Awesome service, expert mechanics, friendly service and affordable prices

Service: Easy to set an appointment online. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, Alyssa checked me in and I opted to wait at the dealer until my vehicle's service was done. The fast wifi helped me get some work done too. Finished up with a wash and I was ready to go in about 1.5 hours.

Jordan is a great agent. His personal skills as well as his hospitality and overall work ethic to give you the best deal was simply amazing. Gladly recommend him.
