Je viens d'appeler la compagnie pour une demande de renseignement et le préposé à l'accueil (où la personne qui a décroché le téléphone à ce moment ) m'a raccroché au nez.... vous pouvez être de mauvaise humeur, mais ce n'est enla déchargeant sur autrui que vous allez vous sentir mieux! Bien au contraire monsieur! Surtout si vouss êtes le propriétaire de la compagnie! Votre compagnie est votre image ainsi que votre voix! Alors tâchez de faire en sorte qu'autrui veuille bien la respecter P.S: Remerciez Google qu'il n'y ait pas la posibilité de mettre 0 étoile ou même des notes à chiffres négatifs Sur ce, Bonne Journée et prenez une bonne tasse de thé accompagné d'une barre snikers! Car j'ose espérer que c'est la faim qui vous fait agir de la sorte et que vous n'êtes tout simplement pas vous-même en ce moment.

Ive been going to these guys for 20 years! First in Middleville then Caledonia! I always get excellent service. They are extremely knowledgeable about all makes of vehicles.

I took my cylinder head here to get new valve guides and seats cut. They said they would have my head for a week, they had it for a month and blamed me when the head didn't get done on time. Called the shop and talked to the owner Mike and he screamed at me saying that the minor problems that they encountered because of their lack of experience was my fault. Went to pick up the head a day later and he wouldn't show his face. And now 4 months later my cylinder head is having issues because they didn't do the work correctly. They chipped one of my brand new valves too short, and instead of replacing it like a good shop would do they decided to just put one of my 26 year old valves back in. Now I have to take it to another machine shop and get it fixed. Total waste of my time and money. Never will go there again

I initially found Twisted Wrench after seeking an honest mechanic in the Burlington area and saw some promising reviews on Car Talk website. That was many years and a bunch of cars ago and I’m still happy bringing my cars in. It’s wirth noting that my wife also feels safe driving our daughter around with Twisted Wrench doing our repairs.

Great, personal service. You never get the feeling they're trying to get that extra $ out of your wallet.

Had my wife's vehicle in for state inspection and a tire service. I have taken several vehicles in for various services. Service was exceptional as always. Very honest garage, reasonably priced, will not try to sell you on anything you do not need. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work, very professional and honest as they come. It has taken me a while to find a mechanic I can trust. Finally...i won't hesitate to come back.

Pretty good at what they do, however, they have downscaled a bit and are no longer under the 911 Truckdown name. Currently sending major issues and repairs to other shops due to lack of mechanics.

I have ordered 2 engines and they had the best price and service. Will def be coming back.

Top notch guys here. Came in for a dyno tune on my STI. Before the tune Anthony showed us around the shop at all the cars that were being worked on. Awesome stuff they have. Got my car on the dyno and Anthony noticed it was breaking up above 15psi. Immediately started troubleshooting. Discovered I had a cracked spark plug on #3 cylinder. There techs jumped right on switched it out and Anthony went back to work. Extremely pleased with Anthony tune and PSI service. Worth the 2.5hr drive. Will be back after some more upgrades!

Just don't. While traveling through I brought in my truck with a battery charging issue, asked him to check the leads first because of their age and condition, then look at the alternator. He replaced the alternator without checking the leads. Took him 3 days and the battery went dead within 24 hours after I picked it up. $630. Brought to another guy who discovered that the "new" (used) alternator wasn't completely installed and couldn't have charged the battery (he also found several hoses left dangling which should have been reattached, and a broken mounting bolt on the alternator). He fixed the install, but discovered the battery leads were the problem after all. $36, and fixed. So this Obe White Truck Repair business, and the guy named "Chuck" who I dealt with, are just terrible. I was overcharged, made to wait, and completely ripped off. After the fact I ended up hearing from other folks who were sorry I'd gone there. Turns out they have a very bad reputation. I'd be happy with a refund of the mark-up on the alternator I didn't need, and a complete refund on the labor costs. But I don't see it happening. Don't go here. Go anywhere else. Anywhere.
