Simply the slowest shop in the world. U can spend all day, from 8:30 am till 5 pm and nobody gives a F..K about U. Been there, not going back.

On August 3, 2012 I purchased a rebuilt motor from Jasper Engines & Transmissions $3456.32 and to replace the long block added $1360 in labor charges. The limited warranty was for 3 years/100,000 miles. (Stock #137610 and Production #202731) Then on October 24, 2014, that engine also died. The next engine was free(ish) but I paid $929.68 for strut mount stud plate/kit and labor to replace the motor. Apparently, the second motor (third for the car) does not come with it's own warranty and after about 20,000 miles, it too, dies. So when my car died again, on August 26, 2016, I am again supposed to pay for engines that don't seem to last two years when I expected it to last over 100,000 miles. Oh wait...Woody (at ext 10994) offered me a 9% discount for a new/remanufactured engine.

I recently brought my BMW in for service. I heard they were up on the euro cars so I decided to save a drive to Columbus. I took it in for routine maintenance and a malfuction light. I was told any indicators on the dash required diagnostics which I agreed. The price just for this was well below the dealer's fee. They recommended some items at which time I will reschedule. They repaired my issues with my malfunction light and I feel the price and service was acceptable. I would recommend them. As I read some of these reviews, I have to wonder how or why people think someone should work for free. SMH

We come here for tire repairs and oil changes, not necessarily the best place for walk-ins... appointments, if you can wait, are you best option.

This place is awesome. I saved at least 50% on getting my brake pads and rotors put on. They even drove me to Advance Auto Parts after I was given the wrong rotor there initially. Will definitely be going back.

Over the past 5+years I have found TRM to be an honest and trusted automotive repair facility. Gino, the owner, provides excellent customer service, and addresses the customer needs without up-selling additional unnecessary services. In summary, a good old fashioned neighborhood mechanic that is honest, and technically capable for all vehicles and types of service.
