Called in and asked for some tires and this disgruntled older man stated he had 2 sets of tires , but he doesn't know the brand and sounded really annoyed, apparently I am not the only one. You lost a customer for sure here...Must have woke him up, cause he sure didn't sound happy. No referrals going here

Oh my transmission is a dream now. My 25 year old F150 has been revived by the best transmission place in town . They did apologize that a few bolts broke and parts were missing from my transmission; they did not charge me much more and I love the service. (Oh I suspected that bolts might break as I have done a lot of work on this truck and have broken my share of bolts). Fast honest dependable service. If you have a transmission issue take it here.

Great experience!! Helpful and empathetic staff, reasonable prices and fast service!!
While travelling across Canada, our battery light came on as we drove into Thunder Bay. Visited Narvi's on the recommendation of another car shop. We sat in their shop for 2 days while they tried to figure out the problem (changed alternator and battery but still had issues.. Ended up being the computer). Darryl was very quick to keep update us on what was going on. We felt like part of the team by the end of it and would definitely keep going back if we lived in the area!! Definitely recommend!
