I was referred to Real Pro because of their AAA partnership, and the location on Eastern in Grand Rapids is very close to my home. From the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. It was a holiday weekend when my car was dropped off, and their lot was very busy, but they still communicated often, presented options, and the diagnostic fee was very reasonable (less than $50). Though my car had severe motor damage and was not reparable, they allowed me to arrange a tow at my convenience and were not rushing me off. After the fact, the owner, John, followed up with a personal message, checking in on my experience, and offered to help with an inspection on a new/used car when I am ready to get a replacement. I highly recommend Real Pro Auto Service!

Our car broke down on the IN toll road after hours on a Friday evening. The tow truck driver arrived after a short wait and quickly loaded our car. After a friendly conversation on The way to the repair shop (which was also closed) he asked if we had a ride waiting for us to take us to a hotel (we did not) and he offered to drive us to a hotel after dropping off our car. He really went the extra mile to help us during an unpleasant situation.

Best place around if you need your vehicle serviced or want some extras added to your truck etc.

Great place to have repairs done and oil changes. We continue to go here because they are honest and their prices are fair. We had an issue with our van and had estimates from dealerships and other places that were over $1,000. When went here they said the repairs would be not even half of the others cost. And the repairs the others wanted to do were only temporary. The ticking would most likely come back. A simple oil change and an additive added to the oil did the trick. We trust this shop. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work and charges.

My husband was having tractor problems on route 287 in NJ. I called Reddot and they were very helpful. They could not have been nicer and sent someone out right away. They found the problem and got my husband on the road again. I would definitely recommend Reddot for truck repair

67 430 case diesel...She's old but has always done all I asked of her. Needed new injectors and pump. hole on fuel tank repaired exhaust fixed..just alot of stuff. Well they fixed it all up and she runs good for a oldie but a goodie. The price..3200.oo it sounds like alot but go buy a tractor that can do what this one dose and runs on little to no fuel..and your gonna pay. They done a good job and I'd use them again..they gotta make a livin to. Phil G, Interlochen
