Thumbs up for these guys. Visiting Traverse City in September of 2017, I brought our gas-powered motorhome in to resolve a “Check Engine” warning light. I was treated well, the estimate turned out to be close to the actual bill, and the service tech cleaned up after he was done working on the engine. Being from out of town — and realizing this is about the only place in the area to get a motorhome serviced — I was plenty apprehensive about being overcharged. Now worries; this is a business visitors can trust. Just my two cents.

Life happens and these people understand that. I have called many times on a last minute whim for an inspection or oil change and more times than not I have been able to be fit in with in a couple hours. Casey and Shane have taken such good care of all my vehicles. They are knowledgeable and very courteous. Anytime I have had questions about my service they have taken the time to explain it to me without giving me the feeling of being a bother for asking.
