My mother was in town visiting and needed a haircut, and I did as well. We decided to come here together and both got haircuts we were really pleased with. Later, my mother told me her stylist here did a way better job on her hair colour than the stylist she goes to in Calgary, for a lower price, and she was thrilled with her haircut.

Worst Chatters ever. Their frontline employees are rude and lack professionalism. I wanted to purchase hair care products, but was immediately discouraged after I was treated with such disrespect by their employee, Renee. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, nor was I offered any assistance. I had 9 products in my hands, continued to shop, they looked at me, and still no help. The girls at the reception desk did nothing but gossip among one another and kept gawking at me and my husband. That gawking turned into lurking, like as if we were trying to steal! I’ve never stolen anything in my life! As I noticed this display of disgusting behavior from these girls, I put everything back where I got it, and was about to leave. Renee walked towards us in a huff and abruptly started speaking to me in a rude tone, without even an “excuse me”, because she wanted “fix” a spray bottle that I accidentally dropped. How dare this troll speak to a customer in such a vulgar manner? I got fed up and started making my way out the door. As I was leaving, I hear one of them greet the next customer that walked in. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Find another retailer for your hair care needs, because if these are the kind of people that Chatters employs, then your money is better spend where your treated fairly and respectfully.

I am not one to usually post a google review, but I feel as though it is deemed necessary for the stylist, Raveena. I have followed Raveena since the beginning of her career as a hair stylist and WILL NEVER trust anyone else with my hair. I am a client who never knows what she wants, but with Raveena, always leaves with exactly what she needs.

I have to get my breasts removed. Before my surgery I wanted to get my hair done since I haven't felt pretty in a really long time and after surgery I don't want to feel like a boy. Today was the only chance I got to make an appointment since I have 2 small kids and no babysitters. I go upstairs and wait for my hair appointment 15 minutes early. At 12:15 (15 minutes after my appointment) the hairdresser finally comes over and puts me in a chair. She doesn't even ask what I want done. I get my phone and show her pictures of the color I want in my hair. She says, "it won't look like that, after a week the hair will be a completely different color". I've dyed my hair this color before so I know that is untrue. She then grabs my hair and says, "your hair is really messed up, like straw and absolutely horrible". I'm not stupid I know this, I've been sick for the last year and my hair has suffered because of that. I explain to her why I'm getting my hair dyed and fixed (because I want to still feel like a woman after my surgery) she just shrugs her shoulders and hands me an incredibly expensive chart with things I don't even want - like a 50 dollar haircut I never asked for. Still, I so badly want to get my hair done I go to sign the chart. I ask for the date and she says "I don't know, you'll have to get up and get your phone and see". At this point I'm almost in tears because I realize this stylist couldn't care less about me and didn't even want to be there. I decide to just leave. I go downstairs where there are 4 women who work at chatters and I tell them what happened. Not one was willing to talk to me, one actually rolled her eyes. I walk to the door to leave but turn back mad because who treats someone like this? Finally one girl pulls me into a room and asks me to explain. She calls the manager who says she'll give me a discount but on a different day. I only had this day to get my hair done so that's not helpful at all. So disappointed. I went home and cried. Don't ever go here, the hairdressers don't like doing hair.

Popped in to check out the place and they were very rude and unprofessional. Got a toxic vibe. Do not recommend at all.

I enjoy going to this business and have been a long time customer. Donna always give me a great nail pedicure and let’s me pick the bling bling colours I want. Great job everytime! Wonderful service.

Jacky made a mistake on my permanent eyeliner (the first eye looked okay and then she put a wing on the other side even though I had expressly stated that I did not want the eyeliner winged) and refused to fix it. This woman is all about taking your money and doesn't seem to care if her work looks awful. Poor customer service, poor permanent makeup skills. Recommendation: Stay away

A fast, cheap haircut. That's what a man needs.

Service is excellent and if you suffer from ingrown toe nails Jen will dig them out for you and subside the pain.

What a joke 4 real the lady that started cutting my hair was doing an awsome job then the lady running the till decides to come and check her work and touch it up litterally hacks my hair way shorter then i want it i tell her to stop she keeps going and needless to say i had to litteraly stand up to get her stop like shame on u missy
