Never going back to this place. Paid $23.36 plus a $2.75 tip because I was feeling generous. Outrageously priced and gave me a horrible haircut. Needed to go to someone else to fix it. Took me a month to fix what they messed up. Stay away unless you like high prices and poor quality. Michelle needs to go.

Nancy is a very nice person and she does a great job on my hair cuts. I would give her 10 stars on my list. She has many styles that she can recommend and it would look excellent.

This is NOT MS but Shabria. I went in excited to see a Salon in this location. I have been in SF for a while and being from a more urban community it was nice to see a Salon i DC where maybe I could relate more and get a nice hairdo. I went in and asked for a brochure and price scale for hairstyles provided. Although I understand the stylist was occupied she was not busy enough to not direct a more gentle and polite attention towards me. She ask what hairstyle would you like? I told her " like a 70s 80s style. Not bone straight like I see in the Salon pictures but a basic blow out, with a blow dryer"( i ha e a fashion show coming up).Instead of giving a professional response (which i define as any response that wouldnt offend the customer and make them feel like scum. All she said was a dry ass uuhhhh,na. I said what is uhhhhna. She didnt repsond. She looked at the front desk person and she says. She wont be doing your kind of hair. They looked at eachother trying to find something else to say. Nothing came so I said ok and just left because the interaction made me too furious inside. To leave is what was best. This is just to say I didtn need anyone to do or understand my "kind" of hair. Maybe if she decided to look closer and actually feel my hair she would see it was not as she may have perceived. If you dont feel confident in your abilities to do a certain "kind" of hair maybe you should place a sign on your window that says no AA bitches. Only Asian, white and hair of that "kind". Or simply have a better prepared way of saying No to anyone outside of your wanted clientele.

This was my first visit to this salon. Staff were very friendly & joy to be around. Had hair colored & cut by the owner. Maria helped me pick a color which was pretty shade. She also took time to make my hair cut way I liked plus cut it so that it will lay nicely. You must come and see for yourself, how pretty you will look.

Loved my haircut. Rizzo was sweet & spoke Spanish and some English which was nice. Would go back here any day.

Not very professional. They don't really greet you. There is no real system as to who is next, who has an appt. It can be frustrating.

Outstanding service. My barber made me feel comfortable, and she gave me a great cut!
