I always leave this place feeling gorgeous. They do great work and provide a comfortable and accommodating environment.

Ky is really fantastic; I’m a critical older guy who needs some kind of almost perfection for my color; I don’t want the nice medium brown to turn orange—and she is one of the few who can do it. Plus her cut was just right—she knows how to listen. Delightful gal.

These people are so incompetent at scheduling. I had scheduled a week previous. They tried to reschedule the day before and I made it clear to them that I had a baby sitter scheduled for the sole purpose of getting my hair done. They called four times and didn't leave a message. I asked why they didn't leave a message and they said "well, I wasn't sure if it was your phone number." Um...you mean the phone number that I personally walked in to give you? Ok. And then Monica asks "can you come in at 1 instead of 2?" "how about Thursday?" She kept trying to reschedule. I said I couldn't. So we kept the original appointment. And then the next day (the day I'm supposed to be scheduled) she calls me again early in the morning: "are you free Wednesday?" Ha! Forget you! I don't want you touching my head!

Solid place of business

I have been going to this salon for years. They are the only place I go to. Gary the owner is very personable and he does a great job with cut and style. Bobby is my favorite for any dye job but everyone in there is wonderful. Huge selection of products too!

Such an amazing salon! Diana has been doing my hair for over 10 years now, we have done so much to it and I leave happy every time! When I wanted to change up my color a bit and go for something crazy she was so for it! This was my year of changing my hair up! I went from blonde to rainbow and every color in between! And now we are back to blonde and my hair thanks to Diana feels amazing! And can we talk about the salon! Full remodel! It's absolutely beautiful in there. The other stylist are friendly and make you feel at home! Thank you Diana and berolinas salon for being such a wonderful salon!

When it comes to getting haircuts, I don’t plan ahead. I tend to procrastinate as long as I can (until it’s to late) and then I need to do the spontaneous walk-in. Over the past three years his lead me to the haircut-chain often seen in shopping malls. This was “good enough” - needless to say that I’m not a sophisticated customer when it comes to have my hair cut. On a Sunday in October it was time again t get my hair cut, and I didn’t even think to have time to go to that chain, so I decided to try the walk-in at the only open hair-place in Pacifica (at least in my part of town). I walked there and checked-in before getting into the building. I opened the door and the only person in this large and undefurnished room happened to sit at her desk watching something on her table/phone. She seemed similarly surprised to see me as vice versa. She got up and was very friendly. We introduced each other and I explained her how I have my hair done (6 on the side and the top a bit longer to blend in). I honestly don’t really know what all this means. 6 what? Millimeters? What does “blend in” mean in this context? But it gives me a predictable result, which is important if it’s a new person doing my hair. The conversation was nice and she was reasonable fast at cutting my hair. I’m also happy with the result and glad to have found a place that is conveniently located for me. Because one things for sure: I’ll need to do the spontaneous walk-in again.
