Great shampoo! Excellent service.

Good price, but not so good techniques!

First of all, I went here by accident, it's just by the Chinese Garden, and it's Cheap! But then become a loyal customer since 2014, Fang fang is a very nice lady, she cares her customers and she remembers you! I will always come to her when it's my haircut!

Takeshi is such a sweetheart! I have recently moved to Vancouver and struggled to find a stylist who could cut my hair like my Paul Mitchell color expert from back home in the United States. Takeshi expertly cut my hair just like my previous stylist based on the photo I shared with him and a few questions about my personal preferences. He was very considerate and careful, as well as patient with me when I practiced my limited Japanese with him. I think quality hair care is worth invest in and although AOI is more than I would have spent back home in the U.S., it's prices are very comparable to other salons I've found in Vancouver. I highly recommend Takeshi and AOI salon.

I think Ana V Beauty is a very convenient way to learn makeup artistry if you are busy with full-time job or you simply live out of major cities. The course was very professional and oriented for beginners. The makeup kit that came with the course was also very helpful and I used it even when I've done the course. For a very reasonable price you get very professional training in makeup artistry.

Absolutely perfect!! I had my first visit on Saturday and am so happy I've found my new home! Everyone was so welcoming and Joseph and team worked magic on me... I just love my colour & cut! I can't wait for my next appointment... thank you all for providing me with such a special day...

Roxanne was absolutely superb. I am sorry for the delayed reply but better late than never. I utilized the voucher given to me from Delaney's Coffee Shop for a free wash and blow dry. It was to celebrate the salon's 25th anniversary. What a lovely gesture - really went a long way from a business standpoint. Roxanne was personable, friendly, warm and very skilled! Why can't I see any barbicide disinfectant at the stylists work station? I've walked out on a stylist who dropped her comb, because she was about to use it on my head after she picked it up. What can you do to assure your valued clients that you are professional in your occupation? I'm not looking for free service or a discount, I'm looking for quality workmanship, because that's what I have to do to earn my paycheck, and therefore I feel that my hard earned money is worth more than the quality of services provided.

Laser Hair Removal in Downtown Vancouver was the best thing I ever did. The owner is so nice and she is really experienced.
