Beauty Salon

I went in for a modest Brazilian. There were no intake forms, no consultation, no pre wax oil, or post wax salve. There were dirty walls and light fixtures and no where to wash your hands in the actual treatment room. The woman doing my wax couldn't tell me where she had been trained aside from "on the job an some other place I worked at" and she could not tell me why "chocolate wax" is any better than any other wax. My skin was not pulled taught and when I tried to myself she asked me to move my hands. She was nice enough and chatted during the wax but she asked me to look to see if it was all right (but there were no mirrors) as she walked out the door. She reduced the price from regular Brazilian to modest because I left some on the top but I did not leave feeling like I had a quality service. I went home immediately to ice and write this review.

Terrible experience. The worst pedicure ever that I had. They missed half of steps and finished full pedicure in 20 min instead of 45!! Nail polish start cracking on the next day, calluses and cuticula were not done at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Had a Mani. This place is very professional has a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable pricing.

They would not do what i wanted at all. I showed her a pic of exactly what i wanted and she just kept ignoring me and did what SHE WANTED. Never again my hair looks chunky and its all different lengths. Screw hair dressers from here on i will wreck my own hair thank you. Plus when i phoned to make the appointment i made it for a hair cut & styled and i asked for the price and i was told $48.00 with tax included. When she did my hair she did not wash it...she cut it...and she didnt style it and she tried charging me $58.00 +tax.

Always satisfied with their customer service and their stylists are amazing. I have worked as hairdresser years ago and can be picky. I have always been thrilled with Josh's skilled cutting and Jessica's colouring techniques. I will never go anywhere else. I also never come into the salon without purchasing something from their clothes and accessories boutique.

I had a relaxing experience while getting a manicure at Leslie's last week. The staff are friendly and personable. However I was not happy with the end result. While my manicure initially looked good, the nail technician clipped my cuticles to bits. I had massive hangnails in less than two days, not to mention the fact that my polish was peeling in about the same time frame. Was not terrible, but would not go back or recommend either.

Go here every month love love my nails done by Nancy! Very nice staff.. totally recommend going here! :)

I've had terrible cut and color here before, but Lindsay is THE BEST hairdresser I have ever had in my life. Ask for her, and you're welcome :) ( only giving 4 stars because of the other fiascos I've had to deal with)
