WOW, WOW, WOW...sooo impressed with this company!! PLEASE READ...We are traveling from Alabama to Alaska, just me (68 yr old female) and my daughter. I stopped in this dealership, just as I had a couple more surrounding it. HOWEVER, these people not only noticed us, they actually asked to help us and REALLY helped! One very nice man, whom I thought was a salesperson, was so helpful, he even noticed a vent open on the top of our camper and closed it for us. We purchased the parts we needed and left, but with some advise he had offered, we thought we should upgrade our propane tanks so we returned. They didn’t have the rod for the larger tanks so the nice man told us about a dealership down the road, which he said would be easier than maneuvering thru town. The other dealership had parts and AFTER LOOKING AT OUR CAMPER said it would “only cost $60” to install the tanks. They told me to go get the tanks and they would work it in. When I got back w the tanks, they told me $160 to minimum!! Really?? I just bought the parts and went out to my camper to leave. The man followed and started telling me it was going to cost more because they would have to change the tubing, gauges, etc. Did they not know that when they looked at my camper BEFORE I got the tanks? I felt my forehead to see if I had “Stupid” carved on it. I left with my parts, and went back to McGovern’s. If I was going to pay an outrageous price I would do it with the business that already had my confidence. At McGoverns they unscrewed the rod holding the tanks, screwed in the new rod and tightened the new tanks in place. They even put the new cover together... $40ish and done. If you are Happy to waste your money I suggest the other guys, otherwise McGovern’s gets my vote hands down. All of the employees were helpful, so nice and professional (no scammers here) probably because they were mimicking the nice man who sincerely cared about our welfare - who turned out to be Mr. McGovern. AWESOME! SUCH DECENT PEOPLE!

So I bought a new 5th wheel from Western in May of this year, upon utilizing it for the first time some deficiencies were found, leaking sink and leaking wardrobe slide. I used it for 2 short camping trips and decide to book it in for repair. Phoned the dealership to make an appointment, discussed the deficiencies and the time frame that the unit would be needed back because it would be utilized for an upcoming work project. They told me to drop it off the next day. When dropping it off a list of deficiencies was given to the dealership and I asked for a quote on some items I was willing to purchase out of pocket. Two weeks went by and no phone call, so I stopped in to check on the progress and was told that it hadn’t been looked at yet. Again had to list the deficiencies to be corrected as them seemed to not be able to find the work order. Told them again of the date required and was told they would try to make it their priority. Received a phone call this morning stating they completed some minor things I had asked for a quote on. Then they stated that they required a release from the manufacturer to work on the slide. I asked if the sink had been fixed and the service person was unsure and that they would have the mechanic phone me. The mechanic phoned me and proceeds to tell me that they need a release from the manufacturer and that any parts could be up to 3 weeks away and stated nothing about fixing the leaky sink. Stated to the mechanic that I was becoming frustrated and was asked why, lol!
1. If they could not repair the deficiencies in the time frame asked for, state that! (3 week period)
2. If they knew they required time frame to receive the release and obtain the necessary parts, why not say so and why not try to diagnose the issues from the time of drop off, set the unit aside and then repair it when said parts arrive.
When I give $50000 to someone for their product I expect better customer service then received. As a small business owner I understand the necessity in providing my clients with proper service. Needless to say they have lost my business!

Great beach to enjoy with the family. The lake is very nice and shallow, and the beach is sandy so the kids can play in the sand. It has bathrooms and concessions (very good ice cream). Very nice for camping too.

Awesome way to experience the beautiful North Saskatchewan river. We've done the evening trip a couple times with edmonton canoe and both times have been great. They supply you with everything you need for a fun trip down the river, would highly recommend seeing the city from a different view!
