Boating

We rented a 14' aluminum run about with a 15hp from them for a couple days and it was great!

We just returned from a 3 day weekend trip to Ferris. Overall, the park was lovely. The comfort stations are on the older side, but were generally quite clean (I have seen much worse). The park staff were very friendly as well. The only complaint we have is that if you are camping with your trailer, you will find that the electrical posts on some sites are quite a distance to hook-up to and you will most certainly need an extension cord. I would suggest bringing one to any provincial park, just in case...though if you forget one, they are available on loan from the park office. The downside to using the cord is that you only get 15 amps of power instead of 30, but we had no need for air conditioning, so it worked out just fine. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will return!

It's a nice park next to the canal. There is a nice gazebo where live music festivities take place.

We purchased a 90 Yamaha from Dunfords of Havelock. Everything came together in a timely fashion. Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean and organized showroom and yard. The motor runs amazing!

This marina was the worst in service I have ever dealt with, brang my boat there for a estimate on some fiberglass motor mount repair, was told it would take a few days, after a week with no return calls back, I picked up my boat only to find out it was vandalized in there care ! They finally had a estimate of a thousand dollars more than there competitors. This place looks like a boat grave yard, with survalance cameras just for show, you'll be out of business soon with this type of service or lack there of!!!!!

Excellent canoeing place! You rent the canoe (you book it before), and for a very reasonable price, you get a whole canoeing day in a very beautiful park. Looking forward to being there again!
