Really friendly

16 days at the shop and they couldn't fix my boat. This inability or poor planning on their part caused our family gathering to fall apart since all the plans fell around having a boat. Meanwhile, trailered my boat to another Marina - took 1 day for them to assess the problem and another day to fix. My humble opinion, they deserve less than 1 star.

Great place

A girl stole things from me and I know who it is. I have all of our emails proving she failed to give me my things, receipts to prove that I bought everything, along with everything else they asked me for. So I go to the police and they say they'll try her work(which I had to tell them where) and he left his card and she never responded. And he left it at that, never tried her again. Everyday I call they say the officer who I originally spoke to will get back to me, each time they take my number and never once has he called me back. Every time I call, they say they're waiting for her to respond. So I'm not too happy with their service. You're only insinuating that it's that easy to get away with a crime.

Love the Marina...the staff are friendly and helpful ... it's clean and safe!

Great place Hartley Bay Marina best place to access the lower French River either with a cannoe Kayak or motor boat, I recommend staying right at the Marina in of of there cottages just on top and overlooking the marina where there is lots of room to park a boat. They launch the boats for you so you can sit back and relax. Lots of camp sits with in a days cannoe ride. Fishing is great with Walleye, Northern Pike, Bass, and Musky. Chance to see lots of wild life from Eagles, Moose, Black Bears, Elk, Dear, Beavers, and much more. So sit back, crack a cold one and experience the true outdoors French River style. Special Thanks to James and his crew, see yous all next year eh !!

Crappy service, store has banker's hours and don't get there 1 minute late because they have already been closed for 10 minutes !!! Staff is more preoccupied with going home than helping out their members. This at 17h00 on Friday before we all want to head out for the weekend. Staff blatantly told me they don't feel like helping me out ! This is far from my first bad experience with them, just the one that spilled over. Unless you are retired and can abide by their short hours and are 100% self-sufficient to compensate for the lack of customer service... avoid if at all possible 👎
