Had to reschedule a shingle delivery at the last minute Friday...they were able to accommodate a 7am delivery on a Saturday. Crew were pleasant, polite, and 5 minutes early arriving. Needed delivery onto a boat....very out of the ordinary but they took the time and care to ensure the job was done safely - thanks would definitely recommend them!

Things have changed a lot in the last 12 months. My experience with Matt and his team have been excellent. Service is great. New building new displays etc. They are working hard to make things right. If you had a bad experience in the past give them another shot, you'll see a big difference.

Very friendly and helpful

out of 42 bundles 7 had to be returned and replaced on our own time since they were open, filthy and unuseable. No problem getting replacements, but they never should have been delivered to us in the first place.

Called to find out what happen with an order that came from the Belfast location as it was paid for at the carp location, and Alex was a total rock star, made this right, fixed the east end screw up.

Girl at counter was extremely helpful & very kind. Also so was guy in back in Warehouse
