Sales person was very helpful during my visit. Was looking for bike shoes and information on what was available and how they would fit my purposes. She was very helpful.

I hated working out. I hated going to a gym or doing the at home videos. Nothing was working and I just couldn’t dedicate myself to anything. I started at NFBBC and did not have high expectations. This was honestly the BEST decision I have ever made. I have stuck with this place for 2.5 years and it has changed my life. You wouldn’t think that 30 minutes will give you the results you are looking for, but it does! I am a mom of 2 and in the best shape of my life. I am down 23lbs since joining NFBBC. Every day, the class is different. You are constantly challenging different muscles and you work at your ability. Plus, you get to become part of the fit family. You are surrounded by people who want you to succeed and who genuinely care about you. I am so grateful to our crew - Owners Mike and Jessica, and our trainers Ian, John and Kelly. They are all the best! You can try it free for 3 days, what have you got to lose? It’s life-changing!

This wonderful campground and its owners Iona and her daughter Janice will make your stay outstanding. Me and my wife have stayed there a few times and will be back .

It had such good food and lots of activitys for kids.

My kids went to camp there last summer. They made great friends and had a fabulous time.

Small camp ground pleasent lady owns it

We camp here once a year and we love it. Lots of shady spots and some have ruins from an old hotel on or near them. Very cool. Bathhouses are usually fairly clean.
