Lee! seriously the best, was honest, upfront and friendly! He was the go too guy for sure, so much that we came from Courtenay to ensure we were helped by him. Got my wife and i approved for a car quick, right when we needed one! So amazing, if you're going in there make sure to tell him John Thompson sent you! Thanks LEE FOR EVERYTHING!! :)

We had to stop there because we ran over a rock and something was leaking. Even though they were super busy, they made time to check it out while we were passing through Inveremere. Great service! Thanks a bunch!

This is my second time buying a car from Sunset Cars of Auburn. Sean and Simon worked with me, along with John A., to get the right car within my budget. There were a number of cars to choose from, any of which I would have been very pleased to have. I really appreciate how comfortable I was throughout the whole process.

Honestly I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to let you guys know from my great experience that this is the best dealership I purchased from so far. I recommend it honestly, they have great reasonable prices and their cars are high quality. The staff/salesmen are really friendly and hands down they have the best manager, Moe. They will take care of you for sure and I’m looking forward to purchase another car soon.

Very good customer service. I needed a part and everybody else said 6-8 weeks but they had it for me the next day. Dropped my car off for maintenance and every time I have been very impressed they are very quick and know what they are doing.

Five stars every time! I walked in at 3pm to buy my bike, and despite the time crunch to get everything done before closing time, I was able to ride it home. Sales, accounting, and insurance agents made it happen in two hours! Now to get heated gear...
