They do have parts and whatnot but at PRETTY HIGH prices, same as returned items get charged "restock" fee WITHOUT ANY notice on the receipt or posted otherwise ($8.80 for 8 bottles of oil was done and "restocked" within the time I stood there) some of the employee/s (bob)seem like they don't want to be there or that them serving you is a hassle and not worth the time, I though supporting local was a good idea but only if there not clowns about the way the run the place....IF you can make the drive go to GALE'S Auto parts on the Reserve here stuff is QUALITY and CHEAP and NO TAX even for us WHITIES....so well worth the travellol

Saw an ad on tv and thought I would give it a shot to see what the catch was.. walked into the dealership around 2pm and drove out with the vehicle I really wanted at the price that fit my budget... by 5pm on a Saturday... no hassle no pressure only issue was the service dept did not clean it up very well but considering it was close to closing I was still very happy . Salesman ,Rich , was wonderful..it drives like a dream. Thanks towne for your honesty it is refreshing.

There has been a discrepancy. Google has mistaken Octane Auto sales for SMC Ent. Auto Sales of Elma. These reviews involving "Chris" or "Octane" are incorrect about us here at SMC. I am the Owner Steven. I am currently working on getting this problem resolved.
