Car Dealership

Best price I could find, traded in our Chevy Tracker, got a great price for it and no hassle. Order a new car and save 15% off of the dealer price. Why would anyone buy from a dealership and pay those high prices. Original manufacturers still have to service your car whether you buy from their dealership or not. Don't let them make you think they won't service if you don't buy from them. They want to service your car, that's how they make their money, fixing cars under warranty.

butler staff called me and talked me through a problem with a electric jack ,on a inventory day they didnt need to even answer the phone thx ian and staff ,,,

Love this place, the best service you will get in all of BC guaranteed. Frank and all of the staff are a huge help and really know how to take care of their costumers. I highly recommend to everyone I know.

what a joke of a used car dealer. My truck is to new(2014) to trade would not make any effort, coulda made a lot of money of a trade and purchase of a used ... could of financed me for 5-8k$ on a high interest rate.

Great sales staff, low pressure, some of the best cars available in the city

Unbelievable service and professionalism. I owned a lot of cars and hands down this is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks Len and Gord!

Called in December 11th booked an appointment for the 12th to do an oil change and service #3. Next day rolls around I drop my truck off and leave my keys in the drop box as per what Ryan and I had discussed. I received a call at 830am stating that I was supposed to drop my truck off for 8am I told the advisor that the keys were in the lock box and truck was out front then the advisor told me I was supposed to fill out a form in order to drop my keys wasnt told about this by anyone until 2 hours after I dropped the truck off. I gave simple instructions to the service advisor over the phone it was to leave the paperwork inside the cab of my truck and the keys hidden out of sight in the box of the truck. Then I receive another phone call at 430pm telling me my keys will be left either in the cup holder of my truck or at reception. At 530pm I called again asking if they had left my keys in the cup holder or they were at reception. The receptionist calls the service manager and the service manager says they are in the box like we had discussed. 6pm I come to pick up my truck. I find my paperwork in the box all wet and to top it off I find dirt on my front passenger side seat definitely not happy about this. The only good part out of all this screwing around is they washed my truck they got that part right! I never once expected to find a dealer whose service dept calls three times in one day and cant get things right when given simple instructions and the dirt on my seat definitely not happy about that. If I had to give a rating to Toyota Canada it would be one star only!

Just bought another newer model Kia Soul. Dylan Peterson (Product Advisor) was awesome to deal with. Straight up guy. Also a shout out to Amanda Lee (Junior Service Advisor) for helping setup the appointments and to Rob Hansen (Shop Foreman) for taking care of business in a timely fashion. KODUS to all who helped with my car purchase experience.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a SUV from Chris and Gary last month. Their attention to detail, my needs was amazing. Fast friendly service and a fair price for my jeep :)! I had one small brake issue with my jeep after I brought it home. I notified Chris of the problem, I brought it in for service and they fixed it promptly, no hesitation! If you are looking for good service, fair prices and a reliable vehicle, I would highly recommend Country auto sales!!!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Honest, professional and reasonable. Josh the front desk guy is the epitome of efficiency.
