I recently retired in Kimberley at a chalet on a no winter maintenance road. Quickly found out that my 15 year old Subaru Forester just wasn't going to cut it in winter. Bought a used Jeep from COLLINGWOOD HYUNDAI last week. Couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle, the deal and the service! They detailed and prepped the vehicle beautifully. Ryan in Sales took me for a great test drive and spent a lot of time with me. No pressure. Judi handled all the paperwork promptly. She even ordered a new set of plates for me! My brother took my 2000 Volvo S70 to Ron Lay Motors today as an appointment, for various dashboard lights on and throttle issues, had been made days prior. My brother had a 50 minute drive to get to the appointment. He arrived early for the appointment and announced himself to the reception desk. When the appointment time the employee at the desk informed him that Ron Lay had to go to Hamilton and would not be returning. My brother confirmed the 10 a.m. appointment with her. Consequently, there was no offer of an apology, no offer for another appointment - NOTHING! We live better than 54 km away, this was a total lack of professionalism, courtesy with no attempt to give any consideration to the appointment we had. I was definitely prepared to become one of Ron Lay's "loyal Volvo customers" but apparently his web home page "Who We Are" and "Mission Statement" falsely represented him to us. I prefer a No Star rating from me.

3rd honda lease, 2nd one at this location. Chris Mortlock dealt with my last lease and this one. Switching over was a breeze, he took care of everything all I had to do was sign. A week later I will be driving my brand new 2019 civic. I didnt go in expecting to get a new lease, I went in to switch my tires over and I'm walking out a happy brand new civic customer with no stress or worry

This dealer is the only one that takes appointments for pwc. Most dealers in the gta are first come first serve for pwc and are a bit of a hastle just trying to get service from. Save your self the grief and go to parkway yamaha, it was and extra 30 min drive for me but its well worth the drive. The staff are always friendly here and do their best to get you back on the water as quick as possible. My next waverunner purchase with be from parkway yamaha.
