Car Dealership

My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of unique. Immediately after purchasing a car from these folks, I ran into some unexpected mechanical issues. Instead of leaving me to fend for myself, Perry stepped in right away and offered to help me get to the bottom of it. While mine was in the shop, he even offered me their courtesy car. After some lengthy diagnosis, mechanics could not find a solution - and Apple Grove agreed to take the car back from me. These gentleman have come by their positive reputation in the community honestly. They are upstanding and fair - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy used car dealer.

Picked up a 2012 Volkswagen tdi. Vehicle was exactly as described. Very generous dealer ship. Got a full tank of gas to drive back to trail. Massimo hooked up my bluetooth 2 days later trough facetime. Thanks you guys very much will recommend you big times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jaguar Kelowna and it was all thanks to Umar. He was very professional and courteous and quickly responded to my questions I had via email!

Working with Turner Volkswagen was a dream! Jillian and the crew made getting into a new car superbly seamless. From running figures on our trade-in and coordinating test drives, to insurance set-up and winter tire installation; Turner Volkswagen had us covered! I cannot recommend enough that you take some time, and visit Jillian for a friendly, knowledgable and fun car shopping experience!

I recently upgraded my vehicle through Taylor and he was a great help! I gave him my list of needs, wants, price point etc and he kept looking until he found me the perfect vehicle! He was very professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple and easy! Taylor made it a great experience!

The team at Valley Mitsubishi are an absolute pleasure to deal with! I ended up on the lot looking at a completely unrelated (used) vehicle, and after talking to Dion and Moira, drove away less than a week later in a 2018 RVR GT. They both made the entire process so easy, and were extremely patient answering my (many) questions about the brand and model. Goldie was great at explaining the financing side of things and kept us laughing. My RVR is everything I could have asked for and so much more, and they made it all possible. Thanks Valley Mitsubishi!

I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Conor, Kirsten, and Mia when I brought in my 335xi recently for a couple recalls. The experience exceeded my expectations, and sets a benchmark for what all other dealerships should strive to offer. When I arrived for my appointment the paperwork was all ready to go with a loaner vehicle waiting for me to drive. The staff was not only friendly and polite, but fun to be around and more than willing to hear any concerns I had and address them as best they could. My car came back to me looking and feeling better than before, with a fresh detail and a clear report of all services rendered. Thank you to the whole team at Kelowna BMW for taking good care of me and my beloved car.

Great guys, super knowledgeable. Very fair pricing.

I have never failed to be impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the people who make up the team. I have been going to Kelowna Infiniti for many years, and the place is always clean, modern and comfortable. Recently I took my Infiniti in for some work and received the same outstanding service. I got what I expected ...excellence! Nathan Samaddar greeted me with a warm smile and proceeded with the paper work. He is a true gentleman. Courteous, polite and authentic. It turned out that there was an issue which he immediately took steps to resolve to my complete satisfaction. I commend Nathan for his excellent people skills. I left yet again as a more than satisfied customer. I am neither an employee or a paid writer. I am simply taking the time to write this because credit must be given when it is due. Thank you all! bill cosgrave.

Cam went above and beyond to help me get my first car today! He's an amazing salesman who makes sure his clients are more than satisfied!! Thanks again Cam and the rest of the staff at Nissan for all your help today!

A good friend of mine that works at a high end auto dealership referred me over to Jeff as I had a Mustang to sell. Jeff took the car and took care of all the little things that needed to be tidied up and helped get the water pump repaired and looked after me extremely well. I highly recommend Jeff if you are looking to buy or sell a vehicle...great service from a great guy...professional, honest, straightforward and much appreciation from me for a quick no hassle sale...

Great
