I just get my new 2019 Toyota Highlander and I have to say was the best ever experience of easy changing vehicle with no big push to get my new vehicle right at spot or I'll loose deal of live time how crazy sales persons know to push people around. I'll recommend this dealership to everybody.

We bought our travel trailer at the Kitchener RV show a year ago. We dealt with Paul who was very nice and knowledgeable. NO pressure and answered all of our questions. We have since had it parked in a campground and have had to call them out a few occasions for different issues. I have to say that everyone I have talked to is knowledgeable and friendly, the customer service is excellent. We would not hesitate to buy or upgrade from Wellington again!

Went to Robertson's for a summer-to-winter wheel change at the last minute. I was in & out in 30 minutes, but what really made me happy is that they actually used a torque wrench to properly check the wheel nuts, and they had the air pressure exactly accurate. For OCD people like me this is very comforting. Also, Stu, the owner, is a good dude and very particular, so you know things will be done by-the-book. Will be going back next season for sure. Finally, they're right across from Timmy's so coffee is nearby.

These guys know their stuff, including my name (from my previous visit) Wish they had free ☕!

My truck was almost a write off due to a brake in theft was sad to see all the damage that they have done but carstar did an awesome job new interior and to match the paint and new roof looks like it came off the new car lot thank you carstar highly recommend them to anyone thank you again !!!!!!!!!!
